I ordered Two Bottles of Wine from Bunches for my father for easter. The Lorry Driver was very apologetic at the late delivery and the damage of the box which made one of the bottles leak. The Chardonnay Bottle had Cracked. The Sauvignon Blanc Bottle was Fine. He explained very well that we should take a picture of the package to prove that it cracked. I was delighted with his attention to detail. My Father was annoyed as much as myself because of the price/the wines he likes - no delivery should ever be like that.

Bouquet nice but a bit underwhelming, a couple of broken stems and flowers didn't last very long. Definitely suffered from being mothers day weekend and not as good as previous orders from Bunches.

Nice flowers but didn’t think they were worth the money . These was a gift to someone but had them delivered to me first . Well packaged etc but overall wasn’t happy so I ended up going to M&S to get a better bunch for the same price. Should have went there in the first place!

Ordering very easy but unfortunately I can’t review the order as the lady hasn’t been in touch to say she received it and although it says order was delivered I can’t see a picture of the actual delivery.

Very convenient; flowers came in bud and have lasted a considerable amount of time. The Bouquet received was smaller than expected which left me quite disappointed and disheartened.

Delivery good, arrived when expected. Disappointed with colour of the irises though. They were a very pale lilac, not the nice strong puple that I was hoping for. Bought for Church display so got a bit lost in amongst my garden foliage. Not as good as your photo.

The plant was very good quality and condition. The recipient missed the original delivery day and royal mail did not leave any note. The online delivery information was initially incorrect and the options to select an alternative address could only be selected for two days in the future, which is not ideal for the condition of the plant. 3 out of 5 stars due to delivery issues not quality of the product.

My expensive extra- large bouquet had to be repackaged by the courier for some reason. The recipient told me that it consisted of 2 standard bouquets squashed together inside the package.

I sent a bunch of flowers to my daughter, Sweet Sunshine. It said there were 11 stems but when I visited about 3 days after they had been delivered and saw them it looked very meagre and not the usual full bunch I was expecting. The last bunch I sent her was similar in levels of quantity. I think this may be the last time I order from Bunches as I don't feel they represent as good value as they used to. I could go to the supermarket and buy and buy several bunches for less money and have a better vase full of flowers. Am quite sad as I have used Bunches for a while now and always been happy with them up until now

Whilst the process of ordering and the delivery was efficient and prompt, and the recipient was pleased, when I received a photo of the flowers in a vase I was rather underwhelmed. It did not look like the picture of the bouquet I ordered. Far fewer flowers and some roses already appeared to be turning brown.

These were ordered as a gift for a friend who's not well. They arrived looking rather weedy put we're hoping that the blooms will grow and develope. Due to this being bought from a collection we were only able to chose the smallest bunch.

Birthday bouquet which was delivered on the Monday as no one in on the Saturday. Unfortunately some of the flowers were brown. Not really Bunches fault but maybe an idea to insulate box better if weekend delivery. Also Royal Mail are not renowned for their delicate handling of parcels. No ones fault but not the great surprise I had hoped for.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the 4th April to a colleague at the school we work at. I had received no tracking link by 9:30, so rang customer services. I was told by the extremely helpful team member that the date was in fact a 24 hour window. I was helpfully told that someone at the delivery depot would notice that it was a school address and have the sense to deliver in time. I obviously didn't read the small print! I started panicking as school would be closed for the following two weeks as it was the start of the Easter holidays. I then received the tracking link and had a nerve wracking day watching the time slot get later and later, latest time being 7.00 pm! My colleague had to be told that the 'surprise' flowers had been delayed. Fortunately they eventually arrived at 4.00 pm and luckily my colleague hadn't yet left, but it took the surprise element away and ruined what was our last day working as a team.

Let me down re date of delivery. They had been ordered for a birthday, and had been meant to have been sent by Royal Mail. On the day of that birthday I got a text from another's carrier saying they were expecting receipt of the flowers. To be fair, the flowers were lovely and it was just after Mother's Day so they may have been waiting for more flowers, but if the date matters, next time I will pay the extra for guaranteed delivery.
