“Whilst the quality of the flowers were good, the amount received differed greatly from the photo listed. The photo should be of what you will actually receive, not padded out with additional flowers to make it look better.”

“A bit disappointed as they were a birthday gift. This is what the recipient said - I wouldn't give them top marks. However, they were beautiful while they lasted, and I am notoriously bad at looking after flowers indoors, so it's probably me and the central heating, rather than the supplier at fault. That does not detract in any way from your kindness in sending them.”

“Having ordered in the past and been pleased with purchase, this order left the warehouse on Wednesday 26th February but not delivered until Saturday 1st March (which was the requested date of delivery) and the irises were not fresh when arrived. Rather disappointed with this order.”

“It was a simple birthday card, and I specified the delivery day. It arrived a day late. No big deal, and you probably don't have much control over the mail system. It was a nice card and the person I sent it to really liked it. But ... I used an online service because I thought I might be able to get the delivery date ...”

“I appreciate that my order was received by the person I sent them too on time and on the correct day but I can't verify if the flowers were nice as they were a gift and I didn't see them, so how can I give you a score?
