“I have used Bunches for many years and have always found them to supply very long-lasting flowers delivered on time. Only once was there a problem with delivery when the flowers arrived late and in a sorry state. Although not the fault of Bunches, on receiving my complaint, their customer service department went into overdrive and more than made up for the fault of the delivery company. Twenty out of ten to Bunches.”

“Very pleased with the product but disappointed with the courier used as they left the hamper behind a bin and did not let the recipient know. It was supposedly delivered on the Monday but it wasn’t found by accident on the following Wednesday.”

“My family all live miles away so sending flowers and hampers is a good way to give them gifts. They all arrived on time and the accurate tracking info supplied by the delivery companies ensured I was able to keep each recipient in the picture and ensure safe places if they weren't home. Obviously I can't see the quality of the bouquets and food but from their comments and photos I was more than happy with the products supplied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bunches.co.uk”

“I sent flowers to my daughters friend who had just been through a very stressfull year. The flowers arrived just before Christmas when the friend was feeling very sad. She was so thrilled as they cheered her up. She sent me a photo and as usual the flowers were beatiful.”

“Delivered on time. the flowers were delivered to Ireland and the recipient sent a photo which looked ok,however I understood that they would be sent in bud form, but as they were photographed the day of arrival in full bloom I can only assume that they had been dispatched in bloom. that said, I was satisfied with the service obtained.”
