“The website was easy to navigate and the choice of flowers was extraordinary. We booked a specific date for delivery (a birthday) and the flowers arrived as planned and were much appreciated by the “birthday person””

“Very disapointed with customer service as the flowers were ordered for a very special occasion. I ordered these over a weekend along with a card and a special message, when I recieved the conformation, it appeared not to show the message, and it was the weekend I sent an e-mail stating what had occurred along with the message. On Monday I hadn't had a reply so I called... Guess what, they had no record of my e-mail and worse still the flowers had been despatched I even sent them a copy of the e-mail but they still denied receiving it No apology No reimbursement Aniversary spoiled... what more is there to say I wont be using them again, and I think you need to think twice, there charging a premium price for a bottom tier service”

“Sent letter box flowers to 2 of my friends, siper quick delivery Had a issue so had to ring customer service ti help out, lady on telephone was very helpful very polite & solved issue straight away My 2 friends absolutely loved the flowers 💐 Highly recommend Bunches 👌”

“Once again bunches have provided a beautiful bouquet for my friends birthday. I have used them for many years, and would never go anywhere else. Always delivered on time with flowers in bud that last at least 2 weeks or longer. I'm lucky as sent them to so many friends and family I receive them on my birthday now.”
