“Usually I am very happy with your products. This time I don't think all the azalea buds will open - they are brown and I feel the pot is too big for the plant I had to put something under to raise it. A little disappointed Sorry”

“Very pleased from order to delivery by carrier. On second delivery which was later in the day as notified, I received a message from the DPD driver with no doorstep photo loading at that time. I responded to DPD in the only way I could at that time, saying that I was not happy with the delivery, purely because of the lack of a photo. My sister called the recipient to check the flowers had arrived and they had. It was just a shame as the recipient is dying. The photo of the doorstep did come through after my complaint, though a bit late really. If DPD could have got hold of me about my comment I would have liked to have been able to take my complaint about the delivery driver back.”

“I orederd to christmassy pots of flowers for my mum and my sister. It was very easy to do. Prices were good, alot of chioces, very imoressed with items otdred and how quick and how well there deliverex to both my sister and my mum. Excellent all round service.”
