“Website was easy to use. Order arrived on time. Recipient happy with gift though commented that it wasn't tightly well enough wrapped and one of the rose buds had snapped off during the journey. Minor damage but a shame nonetheless.”

“Flowers were a gift for a friend who when asked told me they had been rather droopy on arrival but had perked up a bit after recutting stems and having a long drink. Unfortunately she was unable to forward me a photo of the bouquet so don’t know how presentable they actually were and how long they lasted.”

“Normally good service but this time I selected a day for delivery but my mum wasn't in when royal mail tryed to deliver. I'd not received any notification for delivery time so couldn't ensure she would be in. I contacted bunches who said a notification was sent(I certainly hadn't received one) and royal mail would try the next day. They delivered next day through the letter box and again no notification was sent to me giving a time. I contacted bunches again asking why couldn't the box be put through the letterbox the day before as it was fine to do it the day after. I was told royal mail like to deliver it in person but why post it through letterbox the next day. Unfortunately I won't be using Bunches again.”

“I was dreadfully disappointed with the flowers I sent for my sister. Firstly not sure why you choose Royal Mail, as nothing ever arrives on time. It was also a very small bouquet with more greenery than flowers. These were to say thank you to my sister in advance for inviting me to Christmas lunch. As soon as I saw them, I went and purchased fresh flowers from a local stockist to say sorry. Certainly not value for money although it was the week before Christmas and everything is more pricey.”
