“I had a problem with a delivery of flowers which was not I believe the fault of Bunches. However they chose to accept responsability and acted quickly to resolve this matter. I found the communicaton with them was better than any I had experienced from any company I has done business with previously. The client attention I received was excellent. I would not hesitate in making further orders with them in the future. I thank them for their excellent clent comminication. I shall make all my future orders with them for that reason. “Pleasure dealing with Bunches! Lots of choices in product, price levels, and all classy. Rady to find delivery address with the self-populating postal code drop down. Prompt email confirmation of my order and simple tracking of delivery. All in all - I highly recommend Bunches! All done from Canada to Cambridge UK in about 20 minutes... because it took me time to choose from all the great gift ideas!”

“I needed some flowers as a thank you for looking after me. I ordered online, the ordering was very easy. The next day delivery option was selected despite it being late in the day. The recipient, my mum-in-law, was absolutely delighted with the flower arrangement which did arrive next day. I would certainly use Bunches again.”
