“Absolutely disgusted, its certainly not value for money, plus the fact knowing that deliveries by the post office are not reliable, my order was delivered in the evening of my wife's birthday, not impressed!”

We're really sorry to hear this, and understand how disappointing it is when a birthday delivery doesn't land the way you'd hoped. We do want to be upfront that our couriers deliver up until 7:30pm, so an evening arrival falls within our normal delivery window rather than being a delay on our part, we do advise our delivery times in our terms. We'd also gently mention that our flowers are sent out still in bud, so they'll need a few days in water to fully bloom. “I Have been very pleased with the purchases i have made over the last couple of weeks. The first two purchases were flowers that were delivered on time and were lovely and fresh when delivered, they were really good value for money. The second item was a tea hamper, i have never purchased one before, the person receiving it loved it and said what a nice selection of goodies that were in the box. Very happy with "Bunches" and their products, i will continue to use them again and again.”

“I have ordered bouquets on two occasions from Bunches for an elderly relative who is very particular. Both times she has phoned me to tell me how beautiful the flowers were and just how delighted with them. This is praise indeed.
