“Yet again the delivery driver did not put a 'parcel delivered and at rear of house' card through the letter box, meaning that the receiver did not know the flowers had been delivered. Luckily neighbour saw the box and informed the recipient, else the flowers would have remained outside for a numbers of days.”

“Reliable next-day delivery. Friend was very pleased with the arrangement and freshness of the flowers. As she’d just had an operation I chose letterbox flowers so she wouldn’t be disturbed. Despite the message on the box saying it would go through the letterbox the postman rang the bell anyway! I’m not sure you can do much more about that!”

“I have used Bunches a number of times recently. I used to go to M&S for flower orders, and only found Bunches when M&S were having their problems. Now I wouldn't go back, as ordering is so easy and delivery seems to be efficient. It's always hard to know what flowers are like when they are a gift and you don't see them, but everyone who has received my gifts has seem pleased! Ordering is very easy, and I love the email and posy discounts!”

“Frequently purchase flowers, for multiple different occasions from Bunches. Always delivered on time by couriers. Beautiful flowers, precisely as described and pictured, that last really well - usually (even in the recent hot weather) beyond promised longevity. My preference is for long-lasting carnations, so delighted at the range of options available. Would definitely recommend to others, as Bunches were recommended to me.”

“Just love using this company for sendind flowers to friends The service is 10 out of 10, easy website to access and always get great feed back on how nice and fresh the flowers are,and they last well over a week. “Good service occasional problems when ordering on line and last delivery to a Swindon address the deliverer left flowers on the door step without letting addressee know flowers had been delivered This was not a save place but normally deliveries have been good Flowers also very good”
