“I sent these to my best friend for her birthday. They arrive the day before and she didn't open them till the next day. When she did there were lots of buds the next day most had opened and she was delighted with them Thank you”

We're really sorry to hear you're disappointed with your arrangement. All our bouquets are carefully designed and photographed on our website alongside detailed descriptions of what's included. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer in the home. We recommend following the care instructions provided with your delivery. Once the flowers have had a few days to bloom and open fully, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. “I bought flowers to cheer up a friend after surgery. They were delivered on time, looked beautiful with the amount of stems as advertised. Bunches also added a little extra packet of sunflower seeds which my friend enjoyed planting with her granddaughter. Lovely touch.”

“I sent a Letter Box, box of flowers to my granddaughter for her birthday. She sent me a photo of what arrived and I was so disappointed as they looked nothing like the picture on the website. Delivery arrived on the day I requested.”

“Unfortunately, despite the package arriving at the area's sorting office, the parcel was relocated to another area by mistake. Hence, the flowers were not received on my parents' anniversary. I realise this is not a result of the service offered by Bunches, but the Royal Mail. I will be ordering for delivery the day before the event in the future. My parents were pleased with the flowers though.”

“I can only comment on the ease of purchase, the choices open to me and the fact that the flowers were delivered when I was told they would be. The flowers were well received, but not actually seeing them myself, I cannot comment on their condition, how long they lasted or how like the picture they looked.”
