“Unfortunately a card was left at my sisters flat. She was in at the time along with her granddaughter and great grandson. None of them heard a knock which seemed a little strange. They were re delivered on the Monday but the flowers were a little tired. I never have had a problem before and I guess you can only trust what Royal Mail say. It will not stop me ordering again from yourselves.”

“The flowers were delivered promptly but the recipient was out at that time and no note was put through the door. It was only when I contacted the recipient several hours later to check they were now at home that the flowers were discovered behind the bins. This could have meant the flowers dying.”

“Beautiful bouquet delivered on time the recipient was very pleased so thank you for saying a very good thank you from me as the lady had been very kind to me and you take pot luck when ordering flowers on line as you can only go by a picture, and I was so lucky to chose Bunches as the picture was true to the bouquet that was received”
