“I have used bunches a few times, sending flowers to my mum, who always told me how lovely they were. This time I happened to visit her on the same day the flowers arrived, and also a week later, so I could see them for myself. The roses all had brown outer petals, and a week later they hadn't opened. I realise it can't always be possible to source flowers which always match the description. It would have been better to substitute different but nicer flowers. Sorry but i will look at trying a different florist in the future.”

“Flowers arrived on time. Followed instructions re trimming and suitable vase. However, the Cala lilies in the bouquet only lasted 1 day and then died - very diappointing. Glad they were ordered for myself and not a gift for someone.”

“I have been using Bunches for the last year and the last batch sent over to my girlfreind genuinly left me embarrased. there was no comparison to the picture, i think i could have found a better bouquet at the local petrol station. i will be taking my business elsewhere as i cant rely on bunches to give me a consistant bouquet.”

“I sent a bouquet to an aunt as a birthday gift. She was absolutely delighted. She said they are the best flowers I had ever sent her. The packaging was so well done, really taken their time so that every flower was perfect. She really was over the moon.”
