“My daughter was thrilled.... only thing I would say is ...why not be upfront and charge more for a bouquet and then not add the postage....??? Rather than the surprise of extra cost at the end....”

“Lovely flowers , However I ordered them a week in advance and they didn’t arrive on time , in fact , when I chased I still hadn’t been sent confirmation they had even been sent . They were for a birthday , the customer service was just “ we don’t guarantee they will get there on time “ so maybe go with a company that does guarantee if for a special occasion.”

“While the flowers were beautiful, they were sent to the wrong address. Although where they were sent wasn't too far it proved to be a tad upsetting as they were being sent to let the recipient know my thoughts were with them a particularly trying time. The address was clear and concise and I'd sent other items without a problem. Sorry but I won't be using your company again.”

“As always the ordering process is very straight forward. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed all through the delivery trail. I have never seen the flowers but on this occasion the recipient was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the flowers. Always my go to company when I need flowers.”

“Have used Bunches afew times to send to family/friends who do not live close by. However this is the first time I have actually visited my mother in law in this case, afew days after her flower delivery and seen them. Unfortunately I must say I was very disappointed in the size & how quickly they were dying off. Arrived on time but then I did pay a hefty delivery charge, so they arrived on particular day because it was her 80th. My mother in law was pleased, so I guess this is the important thing but I am not sure I will use again. :(”
