“Both bunches of flowers arrived on the day promised. Both recipients were delighted by the flowers. I was particularly grateful that when I needed an amendment made to my message on one of the bunches not only was it done, but it was done without any fuss, and my request was acknowledged promptly, putting my mind at rest. Thank you.”

“I'm very pleased with Bunches dried flower arrangement in 3 vases. They were a gift for a friend. Although I didn't see them apart from a lovely photo, my friend absolutely loves them. The arrangement makes a modern change from a bunch of flowers which has limited life. Gift delivered exactly as ordered. I will definitely use Bunches again.”

“The flowers were well received . My sister said they were so nice . Unfortunately you didn't put a card in saying who they were from . So it took a few phone calls from my sister to find out who had sent them”

“Disappointed with delivery by dpd. The Hamper arrived well after the given time frame, just as the recipient arrived home after an errand. The driver wouldn't give her the parcel, as he'd already marked it to be re-delivered the next day, when she wouldn't be in. After I agreed that it could be left in her parcel box the next day, it went ahead. This is not very customer friendly. I have been using Bunches for several years but am now completely put off if they use dpd.”

“I started ordering flowers from Bunches to deliver to my best friend in the U.K. I live in the US but wanted to use a UK business. Every delivery was on time,.beautiful flowers very fresh that lasted a long time.My friend was delighted to receive holiday and birthday flowers. “I bought a Snowy Selection Hamper for my brother for Christmas. I ordered it early, and it was delivered on the date I had asked for. It was well packaged, there was a good selection and very well priced. My brother was delighted. Bunches is so reliable and with great quality, varied and well priced products. I would highly recommend Bunches.”

“I ordered 2 seperate flower bouquets close to Christmas. Neither was as suggested on the website and very dissapointing. I did complain and a further bunch was sent FOC which was of some comfort. However it was embarassing.”

“I have had an excellent bouquet delivered to me as a gift in November. Exceptional, fresh and long lasting. I have also sent a gift to a friend in December which was very fresh and pretty. My son sent me your December bouquet which was equally pretty but one of the beautiful large pink carnations had mould in the centre on arrival and had to be thrown. However, the rest of the bouquet has done really well. I am happy to recommend Bunches”
