“As usual, I was extremely pleased with the serviuce received from Bunches. Everything arrived on time for my friend's birthday and she was delighted with the personalised card, chocolates etc. as well as the plant. My only criticism would be that a white orchid was sent, unlike the purple one as in the picture online.”

“Very beautiful flower but this is the second time I have had problems with the delivery. The first one was delivered when the person out and left in her porch with no note of delivery so she didnt see them until 2 days later and I had messaged her to ask if she had received them. The second delivery was left in the recycle bin again woth no note and if I hadn't have messaged her that day to say I hope your like your present she wouldn't of checked around to make sure they were delivered. Impressed with the flower but not happy with the delivery system.”

“The flowers were as ordered and delivered on the day requested. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and great value for money. The ordering process was easy and I would certainly use Bunches again. The recipient was delighted and said that they would use Bunches in the future.”

“Unfortunately, the bouquet of flowers I brought for my mum for her birthday only lasted two days and when arrived the flowers were crushed together. I had quite high hopes but unfortunately will not be purchasing from here again.”
