“Can't comment on the flowers as they were a gift & I never saw them. Recipient was delighted to receive them & cheered her up following surgery. After I'd ordered them I realised they weren't going to be delivered for a week which I was a bit disapointed with. I rang Bunches to try & change the delivery to an earlier date so the recipient would get them when she arrivedhome from hospital. Customer services were very helpful & offered to send another flower selectiobearlier & to refund me the difference, but I decided to stick with what I'd ordered as I particularly wanted freesias in the bouquet.”

“The flowers did not arrive on the confirmed date of 20/10/25 Can you in future explain to the customer that there is 2 day delay in delivery I could have used Interflora in Glasgow.”

“My neighbour told me the flowers were beautiful. Sent as a thank you for looking after my cats, so pleased she was happy with them. Kept up to date with delivery, glad they arrived on day asked for. Not sure I like the fact orders could arrive next workung day to say requested especially if a Friday. The reason for giving 4 not 5 stars. Positive side, reasonable pricing and lots of choice.”

“I can only accept the comments of recipient re flowers. She was very happy with them as buds were opening and she liked the colours. However she did not seem to receive the card I booked to go with them, so I had to contact her to see if received. She had not contacted me as they were meant to be a surprise - not anonymous !!!”

“Flowers good quality, arrived on time, lasting well. Slightly disappointed in the sea holly which was less inpressive than in the photograph. The plant food sachet tore when we tried to remove it from the holder in the box. Will use them again!”

“Great delivery, great add-ons.... The flowers were a little less impressive than as they were shown, felt like the 'offer' price was more like the true price of what was received (I didn't go high end). It won't stop me using bunches again but I don't send flowers often, will just be far more selective....”

“I have used Bunches for over 30 years without a problem. But last week my flowers (by Royal Mail) were not delivered to the correct address. Neither Bunches nor RM could say which address they’d been delivered to, and there was no info on the RM tracker. Perhaps investigate Royal Mail, as you had to provide and send out a replacement? Even though the erroneous recipient called you, she refused to give her address or deliver the flowers to my friend. Not good enough, but the replacement was appreciated.”

“I have found that most people who receive the gifts I send from Bunches are always pleased with the flowers and the plants are good too. I had one problem with delivery the Christmas before last when Royal Mail sent something that had to go to Leeds went to Bridlington first. I complained to Bunches as Royal Mail left the plant without water for 4 days before they delivered by which time it was battered. I had complained 2 days after I realised the plant had been sent to the wrong depot and Bunches replaced the plant and sent it by courier service. They cannot be faulted on customer service and also gave me a discount voucher for the inconvenience. I thought Royal Mail should be made to pay for their service but a Bunches were the customer I don't know if this happened.”
