“My aunt was very happy with her flowers and Christmas shortbread biscuit. As I live overseas I didn't see them myself but am happy they arrived in time and she was happy. Thank you.”

“GeneralIy, Bunches offers a very good service. For Christmas as a surprise I ordered 3 flower deliveries in the U.K with a delivery request for the 24th December. All the deliveries were made on that day, but for 1 order( ref no 13433693) the delivery was placed in the garage, with no note or communication left for the recipients who weren’t there at the time. It was only on the 2nd January that the flowers were found!”

“Ordered the Decorated Festive Christmas Tree for a relative and they liked it very much. The only issue was that the ceramic pot had broken during delivery eventhough it was relatively well packaged.”

“These were sent as a gift arrived well packaged and mainly flowers were in bud which obvs they are fresh and will last longer. They were delivered in time frame given which was helpful for the recipient.”

“In addition to their beautiful flowers, the choice of hampers is good. I chose the cheese hamper as a gift for my sister. The items arrived well packed, and have proved to be very tasty. I chose a specific delivery date based on when I knew they would be home, but the hamper was delivered two days early. On this occasion it was not a problem as someone was there to take the hamper in. But if they had been away for the weekend as planned, this might been a problem, especially for food items.”

“Flowers usual high quality, and delivered on time. However, odering was more of a problem. Previously,as soon as i entered th rceipnts name, the rest of When it changed to Fying Flowers I had to entered all details again , which was not always straightforward. I hope that in future autofill is re-instated.”

“Regularly use Bunches and am happy with the product. However, I have been dissappointed with the delivery process. It seems that the couriers do not leave a note at the delivery address if they have left the gift elsewhere. On this last ocassion, I received an email to tell me that the parcel had been left with a neighbour. So, I had to message the intended recipient to tell them to go and collect it from the neighbour. This somewhat spoilt the suprise of receiving an unexpected gift!”
