“We have been ordering from Bunches for quite a few years rvrsince myson sent me flowers from Bunches on Mothers Day. My husband orders flowers for me twice a month and I make sevseral orders for occsions. most recently last week for my niece who was opening a new Cafe busuness with two friends near Norwich. I orederd a yellow Canna Lily and she was delighted' The quality is consistently good.”

“The flowers arrived in good time and the recipient loved the colours. Sadly the bunch wasn’t as sumptuous as previously, they could have done with more gyp In the bunch to make it look fuller. There was also a bent carnation flower.”

“Delivered on time but slightly disappointed in what was supposed to be a deluxe (ie more expensive) bunch of flowers. I understand that some of the flowers were in bud but the photo my mother sent me was somewhat underwhelming in that several of the stems of flowers looked very small and not the generous bunch shown in the advert.”

“Really pleased with service only proble Was no card that I purchased. THEY DID SAY THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER BUT I REALLY NEEDED IT WITH FLOWERS. HENCE THE 4 STARS WOULD RECOMMEND.”

“Flowers were pretty, are getting prettier by the day. Maybe not £30's worth compared to what you can get in supermarkets etc, but they were nice for a special occasion. However they weren't posted as ordered (letterbox flowers ordered) they were left in 'a safe space', no note left for the recipient, so late at night I had to message them to tell them where to look. Luckily I could identify the safe space from the photo.”

“I ordereds some flowers for my sister to be delivered on 9th March. The ordering process was as good and as easy as usual. At 4am on the 9th i got a notification that the flowers were at the delivery office local to my sister and there they sat for 84 hours. I got in touch with bunches customer service after 48 hours and they offered to send a replacement bouquet. Eventually the flowers were delivered at 3pm on 12th March and they were fine, only one small carnation was a bit brown which is a testament to the quality of the flowers. I contacted bunches again to tell them no need for another bouquet but they gave me £5 posy points on my account. All in all i was very satisfied with how they dealt with the issue.”

“The service is not perfect because one of my deliveries was left in the outhouse and no postcard put through the letterbxto say this. Consequently the flowers remained there for a few days before they were discovered. (after i phoned to make tentative enquiries)”
