“The Bunches website was easy to navigate and to place the order. I liked the way the company explained their ethos and the various initiatives they are involved in. Bunches emailed me to let me know when they would deliver the gift. They had a good range of flowers with gifts to choose from. My mum was so please d with her flowers when they arrived, many thanks for great customer service Bunches!”

“I ordered 22 long stem carnations for my sisters birthday, only 127 long stem carnations were in the bouquet.. when i complained, that the bouquet sent was not mine boquet i ordered, i was asked to send in a picture of the boquet, which i duly did. I was then asked to ask the recipient how many stems were sent! I was not looking for a discount or a refund just an apology! After i had explained this in another email, i was finally offered a refund to which i did not take up there offer! I would not order from this company again!!”

“I've dealt with them several times and always satisfied. But I'm afraid Royal Mail let them down this time ,delivered a day late but no updates from them at all. Luckily my friend thanked me so I knew they'd arrived so didn't contact anyone. As far as I know the flowers survived in the heat.”
