“It's a shame that the recipient had to travel to the PO to pick up, and then it wasn't there - perhaps she didn't read the instructions properly. Then she waited in all morning and then saw the deliverer getting into his van and had to shout out to him from her balcony. There was no facility for me to leave instructions like - please leave in foyer, recipient is quite deaf and so on. So quite a trouble for recipient. Other Delivery companies will leave in the foyer well labelled.”

“Flowers delivered for Mother’s Day . Were delivered in time and enjoyed . The spring flowers had an amazing aroma especially from the hyacinths. Oh and the lilac roses were Devine . Very happy indeed.”

“Lovely bouquet of mulberry carnations purchased for Mother's Day but my Mum would have preferred less (I think it was) Limonium in the bouquet as there was a large volume of this and it continuously dropped dry bits all over our worktop so we ended up thinning it out and discarding much of it. Otherwise, no problem with the order or delivery timeline. Arrived in good time for Mother's Day, and the carnations are still going strong. Thank you.”

“My birthday gifts arrived as promised and on time fir the birthdays. Thank you very much for packing the beautiful plant carefully and including a packet of sunflower seeds lovely surprise for the recipient. However, she only found the chocolate cake when she broke down the box for disposal after a couple of days! I hadn't told her what was arriving so she didn't know to look for anything else. The card was also hidden with the seeds somehow. Please do make it clear what has been sent, part of my gift was almost disposed in the bin!”
