“Usually I would rate Bunches at 5 stars rather than 4. These flowers didn't arrive in such great condition as normal with a few flowers broken off at the stems, but that may have been down to the very hot weather or damage in transit. Otherwise a lovely bouquet and appreciated by the recipient on her birthday.”

“I've used bunches before and always need pleased with the service, unfortunately this time there was a slight "hitch" in that the card id ordered didn't come with the flowers. The flowers were fantastic as always and delivered in the arranged day but no card ☹️ I'll just out this down to a simple mistake and I'll definitely use bunches again.”

“The roses and trough were beautiful and my sister was thrilled to receive them, sadly the packaging was battered and most of the soil was in the box, due, I suspect to rough handling of the courier.”

“Recipient said flowers were beautiful. For some reason Royal Mail did not leave the flowers and they went back to the depot. If I had known someone had to be in, I would have added some delivery instructions. I send flowers as a surprise so I don’t necessary expect the recipient to be in at the time of delivery and to alert them to this I just check that they are about that day.”

“My auntie was delighted with the flowers. However finding out who they were from proved difficult. The card was in a pocket which was disposed with the packaging. she then went back into her wheelie bin to have another look for evidence. Not easy for a ninety year old!”
