“Happy with the ordering and dellivery process; unfortunately, the flowers are sometimes really not up to scratch. The Easter letterbox flowers I ordered were not in the best state. I ordered them for four days before Easter, so that they were in full bloom by then. However, the roses were already on their way out and were almost brown by Easter. The carnations were already in full-bloom (although Bunches claim to send the flowers in bud) but thankfully they did last throughout Easter. Just a week and I'm going to have to throw the rest of it out. The Easter bunny pick was nice though. I am experienced at caring for flowers, therefore they were not placed in direct sunlight/heat etc. I also ordered a couple of cheap bunches of flowers from a supermarket with some gypsophilia and did a nice mini display, which is still going strong and looking beautiful more than a week later. I have to say that the Christmas flowers I ordered from Bunches three days before Christmas was also in a similar state and didn't even last until the New Year. In my experience flowers from Bunches are not sent in bud and I think the flowers are sent out by a sub-contractor of Bunches, therefore they don't know what is being sent.”

“I have often sent and received flowers from Bunches. I have recommended them to some of my family and friends. I received a very nice bunch of flowers for Mother's day and they lasted about 3 weeks.”

“This is the first time I have posted other than a 5 for my review as my delivery last week was slightly below the normally excellent standard. Sadly some of the buds have not opened and shrivelled, so have had to be thrown away. The remaining flowers will last for a few more days. My previous delivery in early March was so different and all the flowers opened and they lasted just shy of three weeks. It shows how living things can differ.”

“Lovely flowers that were well received. The only issue was that they were delivered rather dry, in that the end of the stems were not in any form of liquid or moisture. Luckily after placing in water, they perked up to look good. Had they been left unopened in the packaging for much longer they may not have survived.”
