“Your service is excellent but I believe your systems are being monitored because every time I use your excellent service the credit card I use gets hacked. I have used several different cards and the same happens ever time. Maybe it is because I am ordering from out of UK but I am afraid I will not be using you again to send flowers to my mother who, loves your bouquets. Thanks for your service.”

“The flowers did not meet expectations from the photo. I wanted the flowers to look like picture on website but very disappointed. They were a ‘thank you’ gift for my friend and when she sent me a photo of them I could only apologise to her for the feeble looking offering, some stems were very short (or broken) and to be honest just looked sad. They were delivered on the right day so that’s a plus.”

“i didnt see flowers i ordered as they were a gift to my brother , his wife and family, in remembrance of their son Matthew who passed age 18 in 1998 but my sister and I still like to send flowers after all these years. Family said they were lovely. Thankyou, i have never used your business before but found online and will use in future. x”

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear that your flowers didn't arrive on your requested day and that this spoilt your surprise. Our flowers are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. While most deliveries arrive on the first day, there can occasionally be delays that result in delivery on the second day, as this service isn't guaranteed next-day delivery. We do off a guaranteed service for customer who require a specific date, however, this was not selected on this occasion.
