“It was hard for me to chose the item I wanted as there was no way to know how big or small the pot/plant are. I have received items from friends few times in the past and when I sent them a photo they were surprised as the items were tiny.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Think my plant was ok? Unfortunately I asked for delivered on my friends birthday but it wasn't delivered until after the weekend on said date. A little disappointed but suppose post office can please them selves”

“I have used Bunches, for a few occasions. They have never let me down. They are delivered on time. Also the blooms are lovely and fresh. The person receiving them are always delighted. I have tried another company in the past. But I will no longer use anyone except Bunches.”
