“As a sender I do not see the flowers but assume from what the receivers say that they are pleased with them and they appear to arrive when required; so all in all a good efficient service and website. Thank you.”

“This is an amazing company. I have been a customer for decades and they have never let me down. The flowers are beautiful, the plants are wonderful and the hampers are delightful. Ordering is easy and it is amazing to be able to specify a delivery date - very few companies offer this. The Bunches customer services department is outstanding. Overall, if any company deserves 5 out of 5, it is Bunches.”

“Brilliant company, used them several times and I've never been disappointed. Flowers last if you follow the instructions. Website is easy to use and you can set reminders and store addresses. I would highly recommend them.”

“I was very try disappointed no notification was given when flowers couldn’t be delivered. No card - if I hadn’t of asked the recipient wouldn’t have known. waited 3 days for delivery and not in best condition.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry your gift didn't arrive on Saturday as expected. We can see Royal Mail attempted delivery that day but no one was available to receive it. As they redeliver on the next working day, they don't leave a card after the first attempt - this avoids the recipient trying to collect whilst it's out for delivery again. Your gift was successfully delivered on Monday the next working day. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this has caused.
