“Bouquet bought for sympathy on anniversary of husband's death. Flowers delivered on designated date but left downstairs in rain and wind. Recipient not contacted when delivered at all I had to tell her! Already put in adverse comments to DPD. No reply. Guaranteed delivery paid for”

“I have used Bunches for years and found them excellent. Their produits are lovely and the people at Bunches are pleasant, friendly and helpful. In all the years there have been only two disappointments, a late delivery for a birthday and they made good with a second bunch of flowers and most recently a delivery for a birthday with a broken stem. I haven't reported this yet but feel confident they will rectify it with their usual goodhearted customer care.”

“I sent flowers to 2 people through Bunches, to be delivered on consecutive days. Both were delivered when said. Both recipients contacted me to say how delighted they were with the beautiful flowers. They were as good as the online photo.”

“Flowers are beautiful however, I specifically ordered letterbox flowers as there was a good chance that the recipient was not going to be home, as was the case. When tracking the flowers I was disappointed to find that they had not been delivered on the requested day because no one was at home.”
