“Flowers left at 6:30pm in full heat in garden. No note though door. The recipient was a disabled lady and unable to check herself a d had to call daughter. By thus time flowers were limp and definitely not worth the money”

“Easyweb site. Flowers sent to 2 recipients. Only knew one was delivered because they sent thank you message. Said they were beautiful. Would be really helpful if your delivery couriers sent a message to confirm delivery ; better still a picture of where they were left. I still dont know if the other intended recipient actually got their flowers. One doesn't ask!”

“These flowers went to Bressay (off Shetland)- so I realized this could be a bit tricky? The flowers themselves were fresh, although a pale reflection of the online photo of them in terms of appearance. They were 2 full days late for a birthday arrival, despite ordering them in plenty of time. However, my friend did appreciate them.”

“The letterbox wasn't big enough for the letterbox flowers I recently ordered. I don't remember seeing any mention that this might happen on your website when I ordered. Might be a good idea to mention this is a possibility and what a person will have to do if this happens. I found the experience quite stressful when this happened in my case”
