“I sent a bunch of Freesias to a dear friend who had been through a painful back surgery. The freesias arrived on the date requested and were in bud. All the buds opened, which is not always the case with freesias. My friend was delighted with them and said that they cheered her up.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're truly sorry to hear the bouquet didn't meet your expectations when it arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to protect them during delivery and ensure they last longer in the vase. As this particular bouquet wasn't from our hand-tied range, it would need arranging at home and a little time to fully bloom before it matches the image you saw online. Once all buds have opened this will give the bouquet a fuller look. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused
