“In fairness, have to say we have used this company in the past with no problem, but not so lucky this time. Was given Sunday as the day for delivery, the day confirmed again by a subsequent email. Then received an email Sunday to say estimated delivery Tuesday. We contacted bunches to complain, eventually flowers arrived Monday. A day late , but when we saw the photo of the 'extra large' bouquet that was delivered, we're beyond disappointed. What can I say - it looks miserable.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 93% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “I haven't seen the flowers I sent recently (to someone 400 miles away!) but, the recipient said they were beautiful. I know that they arrived on time and I found the website easy to use (again). I have used Bunches several times and never had a problem. Would definitely recommend”

“Your service has always been excellent, we use you often. However I am now ticking 'Good' as recently quite honestly the flowers have not been quite so good . Some look as if they have been packed too hastily, small blooms on Alstromeria broken and rather squashed”
