“I was a little dubious as I hadn’t ordered flowers on line before and had heard bad reports from some people who had (not from bunches) I got my friend to send a photo when they were delivered at the precise time they said they’d arrive and was delighted with them as was my friend and the chocolates were also much appreciated.”

“Nice fresh flowers however I was very disappointed with the size of the bouquet, it was very small considering I had paid over £40!!!! Could have got the same from tesco for £10. Won't buy again”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “They were gratefully received, I have seen a photograph and I'm surprised how few flowers there were. I may have to rethink where I order my next flowers from. Maybe having a true representation of what you get for your money is necessary.”
