Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I have used Bunches for over 30 years without a problem. But last week my flowers (by Royal Mail) were not delivered to the correct address. Neither Bunches nor RM could say which address they’d been delivered to, and there was no info on the RM tracker. Perhaps investigate Royal Mail, as you had to provide and send out a replacement? Even though the erroneous recipient called you, she refused to give her address or deliver the flowers to my friend. Not good enough, but the replacement was appreciated.”
