“I have been a frequent user of Bunches for a couple of years now. Usually I would give 5 stars but my last order was for an 80th birthday and it arrived days late and was deposited on the doorstep past 8pm at night! Odd for for post office delivery! My friend found them 3 days after her birthday. Good job it wasn’t hot weather. Not sure what state they were in ? My friend is too polite to complain. Usually very pleased , flowers very fresh but couriers maybe need investigation. It won’t stop me using Bunches unless it happens again.”

“I have always used Bunches for sending friends and family flowers. They have always been very good. On one ocassion when there was a problem it was rectified very quickly. Friendly customer service.”

“Beautiful I have used other companies in the past and been disappointed or they have arrived late! Bunches have never let me down, on delivery or quality! My daughter says the flowers still look lovely after more than a week! Highly recommend!”
