Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise their vase life and protect them during transit. This particular bouquet wasn't from our hand-tied range, so it would need arranging once unpacked and a little time to fully bloom and match our online image.
