“though the plant I ordered for my family was very nice I booked for the 6th nov. and it was delivered on the 4th I did tell you that my family where moving in that day and that was why I had booked the 6th so not very pleased with your delivery and it was on the form for the 6th”

“I was very disappointed with the flowers. I know I paid £19.99 but the so called bouquet was poor (didn't fill a small vase). I would have been better getting 2 bunches from a supermarket for half what I paid. I was embarrassed handing them over. Will not use again.”

“The amount of choice was great, but the size of the arrangements were misleading, for the price and look of the bouquets I expected a full size bouquet of flowers but they were mini roses and a small 'posy'. I was quite disappointed as they were a 50th birthday surprise for my wife. The easiness of the website and delivery was great but I'm sorry I won't order again. Thank you for the service though.”

“They delivered by courier(extra) on the day of 60th anniversary but put one parcel in porch and one in bin despite recipients being in the house!”

“The flowers were fantastic! However the card did not arrive (the card that comes with the order). It was for mine and my girlfriends anniversary, and I wrote some meaningful things on the card, but the card did not show. Quite disappointed with that, but again, the flowers were pretty much perfect.”

“The parcel arrived the day before which I expected as its in your terms. However, the bunch looked a little sparse. I know it was only the standard size but perhaps put a couple more stems in rather than the packet of chocolates. Size wise, comparable to a £7 bunch in Tesco. Once they came out, they looked better, perhaps a few more green stems to give a better first impression?”

“Hello The bouquet has arrived OK as expected BUT: i wrote a greeting partly in English and in Hebrew the Hebrew part was skipped ! you could take a copy/snapshot ... the most important part was missing it was a disappointment .. really, it wasn't so much to ask for if you want to serve international clients....”

“Mother in law was pleased with her flowers. She didn't realise she should have received a balloon and no chocolates (she's diabetic). Don't no if she received the candle,I hope she did. The order was for flowers, a birthday balloon,candle and card. No chocolates.”

“This was a gift for friends celebrating their anniversary,they seemed pleased & sent me a picture.I must say I was slightly disappointed ,they looked slightly"skimpy" (not very full) but I understand they arrive "in bud" so hopefully they have opened up now. Flowers arrived on the correct day & the chocs were a pleasant surprise for my friends. Thanks”

“Everything went according to plan, the only downfall was the time the flowers were delivered, it was my sisters birthday only didnt receive them until 16.50, its a birthday and should be delivered in the morning, was a disappointment”
