“I was disappointed with the delivery timescale of the flowers I ordered. They were meant to be delivered either Thursday or Friday, however they did not arrive until the Saturday. On the plus side, my mum was very pleased with them.”

“I thought the flowers were nice; however I would not use the Royal Mail delivery again. A delivery was attempted a day earlier than the date I requested, which meant no one was in. The flowers then got sent back to the delivery office and therefore I couldn't organise a Royal Mail redelivery for the day I requested. I ended up picking up the flowers from the delivery office, so the flowers were not as fresh as they could have been as they had been sitting in a box for a couple of days. Would pay extra for delivery next time.”

“I ordered some birthday flowers on 30 October for delivery 16 November and they never got there. It is now 20 November and replacement has just been sent out. First time it has happened in many orders but has put me off a bit.”

“It would have been better if you had delivered on the day requested not the day before as it was for a 70th birthday. Can't you even get this right ! . To deliver on the requested day is not rocket science. That sa I'd the flowers were lovely .”

“Ordered a chocolate hamper for my boss who was ill. She got the parcel on the day that I chose but I didn't receive a delivery email to comfirm that it had been delivered as I didn't hear from my boss until the next day. This left me thinking that the hamper hadn't been delivered and I ended up having to send an email to check. Apart from that everything was great.”

“I normally purchase a dozen red roses for my wife for our anniversary. They are usually of a very high standard. This time I am disappointed, the roses have not opened up and my wife has just had to throw a couple of them away and they have died. Not the usual standard I am afraid to say.”

“I always use Bunches to purchase the flowers. the quality is much better than other online florists. However,on my last order I was disappointed. The order came a day early, when it's always on the day of the occasion and the flowers were dry with no water in the delivery pouch.”

“Although my surprise was not affected directly by your company, the delivery company(Royal Mail) dissapointed me badly! I have requested for a 08.30am delibery, which did not happen, I chased your company twice regarding this(my delivery could not be tracked down) , at 5pm, the person that was supposed to receive the flowers, found them behind the garbage bins. Altjough I specifically instructed, " if no one is home, please call and reschedule", but someone was home at the time I requested the delivery! Lovely flowers, shame about the service! Alina.”

“though the plant I ordered for my family was very nice I booked for the 6th nov. and it was delivered on the 4th I did tell you that my family where moving in that day and that was why I had booked the 6th so not very pleased with your delivery and it was on the form for the 6th”
