“Arrived a day late. I purposely done it to arrive a day after mothers day as it was for a birthday and it arrived on the Tuesday instead of the Monday. Disappointed!!”

“My order for Mrs Darling arrived 24 hours late. The royal mail tracker flagged it at Edinburgh sorting office at 4.30pm on 31st March so I knew it could not be delivered for my sister's birthday that day. I was disappointed as Bunches has always been reliable in the past”

“Ordering process was quick and easy and both of my bouquets were delivered on time. One recipient was not in when the flowers were delivered and the courier "squashed" the box through a wrough iron gate so some of the stems were crushed. The other recipient said that half of the flower stems were wilting and died within one day of receipt. Overall, for the price, I was a little disappointed with the flowers themselves. I know the pictures can show a larger size but they not very representative of what actually gets delivered.”

“Delivery was on site as advised however the quality of the flowers was a real let down. They haven't even lasted a week and when they were delivered they already looks like they were dieing even after taking them straight out of the box. First time Ive tried them and won't be using again and I also ordered the larger bunch and they didn't seem like a large”

“No problem with ordering or delivery but I was slightly disappointed with the size of the bunch. Not sure if this is a reflection of the cost of everything these days but for around £40 ish I was expecting something a more impressive.”

“Very underwhelmed, flowers were wilting and 2 of the carnations were broken. Even once bloomed, they were nothing like the advertised picture which was beautiful.”

“My mother-in-law's Mother's Day flowers were delivered to the wrong address by Bunches carrier Royal Mail (a very obvious and straightforward address), so they did not arrive on Saturday as requested. However, on Monday, visitors to her house noticed the flowers had been thrown into a camelia bush, either carelessly by Royal Mail or by the person who mistakenly received them. (It is worth saying that there had been family coming and going all weekend who would easily have noticed the flowers if they had been there before Monday). Thankfully, the flowers remained in good condition; otherwise, I could only have given two stars. I rang bunches, and the buck was immediately passed to Royal Mail. The lady said that she couldn't do anything because the flowers were unharmed. I sent flowers for Mother's Day with a different company; you can guess who'll get our business next year.”

“Thought I would try Bunches instead of a local florist. Paid extra for Sunday delivery- didn’t arrive till Monday. Also would have expected more flowers for the price I paid.”
