Been spot on with the delivery at all times. The quality of the flowers can differ, recent set of flowers.were nowhere near up standard and need improving. Okay with using the service again.

I believed I had selected a florist I thought highly of but it must have "moved on" and become a member/participant of Bunches. No complaint about the flowers or service but I'm afraid I much prefer the arrangement to be exactly that and to arrive in full display as opposed to flowers in a box waiting for "sel-service display."

Recipient said the flowers were very nice. However they were delivered by Royal Mail and I understand that what time they are delivered is not i 'Bunches' control. These were for a Birthday so you would like to think they would be delivered early afternoon or before. Royal Mail sent me an e-mail saying they tried to deliver at 19.45 and got no reply. 3 people were at home that night and heard or saw nobody trying to deliver. Email said they would try again following day, Finally at gone 18.00 they delivered the flowers. It was of course too late by then. If your buying flowers for a Birthday you want them delivered morning/early afternoon on the actual day. I understand a time cannot be guaranteed but if I use an online florist again I would not use one that delivered by Royal Mail. Overall it was a waste of money but although im not blaming "Bunches" it is something that they should look at.

Disappointed on a bouquet I received for my birthday from my son. 1 rose, 1 larkspur (which died next day) 2 carnations, 2 small yellow daisies and lots of greenery. The rose died within 2 days. The 2 carnations and daisies lasted a week but I thought it was the poorest bouquet I have received from Bunches. I did send a bouquet for a friend's 80th birthday but these did not look much better although she would not say that to me - I saw a photo and was not impressed. I very much appreciate that Bunches have had a lot to contend with, like us all, with the very hot weather and know that it must be a nightmare for your company. I am hopeful that these disappointments have been a blip due to weather conditions and we will continue to receive flowers of the high standard you have always given.

The plant was delivered on time and was still healthy considering the recipiant did nut find it until two days after Royal Mail delivered it. They did not leave a card to say they had delivered and where it had been left. As it was as suprise the recipiant would not know to look for it. Oh dear,

I recently sent flowers to the UK from Auz.The order was for a letter box package.I was very disappointed on the amount of flowers that were in the box. I think that I will still use this firm but probably send a plant next time instead of flowers. Their service was good and easy to order on line.

Yet again the delivery driver did not put a 'parcel delivered and at rear of house' card through the letter box, meaning that the receiver did not know the flowers had been delivered. Luckily neighbour saw the box and informed the recipient, else the flowers would have remained outside for a numbers of days.

I would've expected the flowers to arrive somewhat arranged, but it was a rather DYI. Also, the card was missing despite even paying a bit extra. Not much, but the charge was there. I had to ask the person I sent them to if they received the flowers. I can't say that the bouquet shown on the website matched what was received. They were pretty, but...

Although the stems were dispatched promptly and good quaility, they were dry. Please could you find an economic way to keep the ends moist, perhaps minature bags containing wet fibres.

I chose the florists choice XL bouquet, it was quite nice but f a little bit boring and didn't seem particularly XL for the £55 it cost

Very disappointed with administration. The 15% discount was not honored but replaced with free chocolates citing that 2 offers cannot be. I would have preferred the 15% discount as is your standard.

It's worth saying this would have been a 5 star review if we were considering the quality of the flowers alone. However, we were very disappointed with how we were treated from a customer service perspective. We had received a Bunches email a day or two before we decided we needed to send some flowers, so whilst we didn't normally use Bunches, we were considering using them and their email with its link to arrange to send the flowers. Then, while we considering using Bunches instead of our normal provider (Prestige), another email came in from Bunches saying use this ???? code (it might have been CHOC) when ordering and get some truffles delivered with the flowers. We thought, why not. We completed the order with Bunches, but when it came to adding the truffles code, we couldn't as we then realised the link we used automatically included a discount we hadn't been aware of. Well, the flowers needed to be sent, so we carried and processed the order without the truffles. I then emailed their customer services and explained the situation and could they add the truffles to the order manually. The email back was very clear, no truffles as you had a discount instead. No amount of pointing out that we didn't know it included a discount (the order when processed didn't show a discount code in the box for promotions) got us anywhere. Lesson learned, back to Prestige next time

I have used Bunches on a number of occasions and accept that from time to time the flowers will arrive with some stem and flower damage. However my last order there was multiple flower and stem damage. Thankfully only the smaller flowers were damaged with the large sunflowers still intact providing a reasonable looking bouquet. Happily still joyfully received by the recipient as it’s the gesture that is appreciated not the quality

I have used your company many times in the past and have always been happy with the flowers. This is the first time I used a letter box one and was unhappy to hear that the flowers were very droopy and badly in need of water. These were a birthday gift for my daughter and although they arrived on time they were very limp. I think next time I will stick with the flowers in water

Beautiful flowers although I could have got exactly the same for £4.99 from Aldi, so I think they are overpriced even with p&p!
