“Bunches have always provided excellent quality flowers , on time and to the correct addresses all over the country. Their service is excellent and I have never known a company have such a beautiful selection of flowers all year round. The freshness and vibrancy ae always commented on when I people I send them to receive them.”

“It wasn't clear that the flowers would most likely be delivered after 2 days, not the next day (mine were delivered on the night of the second day it took to deliver them). Also they were quite squashed. When I rang the helpline they couldn't give me a window of when they would be delivered apart from some time the next day. The email updates were unclear- said they were on their way with a courier but they didn't arrive until the next evening, hence why I called, I thought something had happened to them. I would not choose this company again.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the delivery confusion and that your flowers arrived a little squashed. Most of our bouquets are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers the day after dispatch, though occasionally it can take an extra day. We package our flowers snugly to protect them in transit, so they should perk up beautifully once arranged in water. “I bought flowers as an anniversary gift. Unfortunately I didn’t realise the recipients were away at the time of delivery and did not return home until 2 days later. However, the flowers suffered no ill effects and have opened up beautifully after a few days. Would send from Bunches again.”

“I was absolutely delighted with my recent purchase from Bunches. The ordering process was easy, the choice of flowers was great, making it hard to choose which one to buy, the prices suit all budgets. My order was a gift and I am pleased to say that the recipient was very happy with them. They were delivered the day after they were ordered, you really can't get better than that. So all in all, a very positive experience and I will be back. Thank you to all concerned.”
