Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't meet your expectations. We send most of our flowers in bud to maximise their vase life and protect them during transit. As this was from our letterbox range rather than our hand-tied collection, the stems arrive lying flat to fit through the letterbox and will need arranging once they're in water. With a little time and care, they should bloom beautifully to match the image on our website. “When I wish to send flowers or a potted plant to someone I always think of Bunches. The web site is very good at displaying information about items,prices and it's easy to use.Flowers are safely packaged. Delivery updates are very welcome.All my recepients have always been delighted as am I.Thanks to all staff concerned.”

“I live in Australia and ordered flowers for my sister in England for Christmas, when they arrived they were perfect and exactly as pictured online. “Easy to use website so no problem placing order. But no idea if the flowers - a hellebore plant - was made on time as didn’t receive any confirmation of it being dispatched, en route or delivered. Received a message from our friends thanking us for it but actually don’t know whether it was a good plant or not. Can’t answer the other questions as no idea.”
