“I of course never see the flowers but recipients have told me they are lovely. They are a reasonable price and the "points" are good but I think the delivery charge is quite high. I'm sure it used to be free? They always seem to be reliable and you can order usually right up to the day before.”

“The post office couldn't deliver the first day but said they would deliver on the next working day but I didn't get a message that they had been delivered . I had to ring the recipient but she was delighted with the flowers.”

“Order a large bunch if flowers and it was very small and the flowers did not bloom just stayed as buds and died. Very disappointed for my mums birthday flowers”
