“I have used bunches on many occasions and have only once been disappointed but it got sorted my last order I received a letter from the lady ,I sent them to today she's is 93 next month but she's says they are really lovely very bright and cheerful to look at when she gets up bless her so again so pleased with them”

“I would recommend Bunches for flowers by post.Quqlity products that last. The new boxes are compact and easy to handle however it's not the same as receiving a tied bunch of flowers. Not a complaint really but you asked for comment,!”

“Can't comment on the flowers as they were a gift & I never saw them. Recipient was delighted to receive them & cheered her up following surgery. After I'd ordered them I realised they weren't going to be delivered for a week which I was a bit disapointed with. I rang Bunches to try & change the delivery to an earlier date so the recipient would get them when she arrivedhome from hospital. Customer services were very helpful & offered to send another flower selectiobearlier & to refund me the difference, but I decided to stick with what I'd ordered as I particularly wanted freesias in the bouquet.”

“Bit disappointed really. Advert picture showed really full bouquet with bright colours. What was delivered was quite sparse and dull colours. It would have been good if they couldn't supply like for like eg different colours, that they removed that option or said are you ok to have muted colours instead. That said, it was still sparse of flowers.”

“Bunches have always provided excellent quality flowers , on time and to the correct addresses all over the country. Their service is excellent and I have never known a company have such a beautiful selection of flowers all year round.
