“I understand that the flowers I sent were lovely. However Bunches were let down by Royal Mail who, for whatever reason, chose not to deliver the flowers on the specified day. The tracking showed a message of 'unable to attempt to deliver' which makes no sense whatsoever.”

“I have always used bunches and been very happy ,on this occasion i was a bit dissapointed as what i ordered and what turned up ,was not as i thought.i looked back on my order to clarify what i had ordered and it was not as the pic my friend sent me ,that said she appeared happy with her flowers .”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “The flowers were beautiful but roses were fully opened when received which means they won’t be last long. When I ordered the flowered shower were lilac and white flowers sent were oranges and yellow. Not as expected.”

“The plant my friend received was not impressive and nothing like the photograph on line. Bunches flowers have always been so good this was a great disappointment. It was for a special birthday but was certainly lacking the wow factor. It has now withered. It did not arrive on her birthday as a local holiday meant Royal Mail did not deliver which is not the fault of Bunches.”

“Had the cascade spray delivered to a family member on the first anniversary of her husbands death,she said they were absolutely beautiful and have lasted ages,she said she had loads as I ordered the extra lage ones and has put some on her husbands grave aswell Many thanks for cheering up her day alittle”
