Thank you for your review. We're sorry you were disappointed with your bouquet. Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and protect them in transit. “Delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful & exactly what was shown in the picture they were picked from. I appreciate that sometimes there has to be changes. The bouquet I ordered was very much appreciated by my cousin. The photo she sent was just like the picture I had ordered from. Very pleased. Thank you.”
