“The flowers I sent last week arrived as scheduled and were beautiful, I am told. I am disappointed that orchids have disappeared from your list but, when I asked, was informed the quality has deteriorated. Could you not source another supplier?”

“Everything was satisfactory except that the delivery was via Royal Mail which was unsatisfactory. Please change your courier . The delivery was only just on time, very late in the day and was left with a neighbour several houses away from the address.”

“My first time ordering from Bunches so was a little apprehensive. I shouldn't have been - order arrived on time with quality flowers. A week later my sister, who I sent them to, tells me they are still looking good, so on that recommendation no doubt I will be ordering again. Thank you.”

“The flowers we ordered were for a special lady on her 80th birthday. I can only confirm that she was absolutely thrilled with them (and the chocolate). They were delivered on the morning of her birthday which got her day off to a wonderful start. We'll have no hesitation in using Bunches again in the future and will certainly recommend them to our family and friends.”

“I recently ordered 3 yellow rose pot plants. 1 for each of my 3 nieces. These were in memory of their darling mum (my sister) who passed away a short time before her 92nd birthday. They were all delighted with the plants I was sent pictures of them and they were really lovely plants. Thank you bunches”
