“Ordered two bunches for two couples. The first, down south, was highly rated and delivered in good time. They were delighted. The second, up north, was i think delivered the following day and there was some difficulty arranging the flowers as a grass sprig was falling apart. Otherwise, the second couple were pleased too.”

“I ordered the Winter Night bouquet for delivery which was £30.49. Can’t fault the delivery service and ease of ordering. Flowers were nice quality and lasted quite well but overall impression of the bouquet was very underwhelming for the price. Not sure I would order again.”

“Well I changed message was done. But there was NOTHING at all in Box. I phoned to wish merry Xmas & did Parcle arrive. To be told didn’t know who sent it. Was very annoyed as Christmas is a special time. You say when what day arrives. If I hadn’t of spoke Who knows would my friend have said anything. Sometimes not as putting foot in it.”

We're really sorry to hear the message wasn't found with the gift. With our hamper deliveries, the message card is placed on the outer box beneath a panel that says "A gift for you" - this needs to be lifted to reveal the message underneath.
