“I want notified that my 1st order was delayed and not delivered on time. On my 2nd order i had to contact Bunches to ask why it had not been delivered? Both said orders were placed at the same time. I was then informed that my order hadnt been sent out, then i was told that the arrnagment i had chosen had sold out. I had paid for express deleivery for both orders. i was remibursed for one express delivery cost, another arrnagemnt was suggested to me over the phone, of course i had no idea what this arrangement looked like but was assured it was of equal quality to the arrangement which had sold out. this arrangement arrived the following day (Christmas eve). Would i use Bunches again? - Most probably not, as my wife said "You could have bought more quality from a supermarket". I have used Bunches for over three years at Christmas, feeling very disapointed.”
