“The Thai orchids I ordered were really droopy and the budded flowers didn’t open. This is a shame as usually the flowers from bunches are good, but these were disappointing.”

“The flowers hadn't bloomed. This apparently is how they come but it wasn't clear and previously they've been a proper bouquet. The main problem is.. It's been a week and they have half bloomed and I just noticed mould. I've added water and the food contents they give. So don't know what's gone wrong. I have placed the flowers in fresh water and broken off the mouldy bits. Let's see what happens. The Internet says add bleach! The frustration is I could have popped in to tesco and got a nice bouquet from premium range cheaper and a proper set of flowers. In defence, previous couple of orders have been fine.”

“I sent flowers to a friend of mine who had major back surgery. Although the process of ordering was fairly seamless, the end result was very disappointing. The delivery was delayed and the final product so disappointing. I've ordered flowers many times globally and this was honestly the worst I've ever seen.”

“This recent order was a disappointment as the attractive pink roses only lasted for about 5 days, unlike a second Bunches bouquet sent by a friend and delivered on the same day. The other bouquet of roses still looks fresh today.”

“i'm only giving this score for the last flowers i ordered from the range. previous flowers have ordered and sent to family & friends have been been beautiful and each recipient to who they went to were so please, BUT it was my parents 54th wedding anniversary so i ordered a large bunch of fresias & irises which are their favourite. They came i was not inpressed with them but hoped they would look better once they bloomed, but 3 days after they arrived the just started to open and then started to die as you can imagine a very big disappointment by everyone. Hopefully if and when i order again there will be no disappointment.”

“Hello, Have used your services for some time and have always received good service, but I can only say I am very disappointed in these flowers for my wife. I ordered them well in advance and perhaps that was a mistake. Although well packed and arrived on time they looked wilted even on the first day and by day 3 were dying. Not what I expected.”

“Great flowers, I requested them to be delivered on the 15th February 2021. They arrived on the 14th February 2021...Awkward They were for a business associate and not an admirer. Apart from this small detail, they were good flowers.”

“Got half of what was advertised in the Devotion flowers for valentines day, it didn't come with the rose or any of the greenery, the material around the flowers was not cut into a heart as seen, the only good part about the order was the delivery”

“I have used bunches before and the flowers were excellent, however this time round for Valentines day two of the Rose's stems were damaged and only connected by a thread so the Rose's would not stand up on there own weight. Considering these were not cheap I was unhappy with this.”
