A few cheap carnations ( one damaged) and one or two other blooms. £4 max in a supermarket !!! Not worth the price

Incredibly disappointed with the quality and longevity of the bouquet received. Advertised as "florist's choice" - if I was a florist and delivered what I received, I would quickly go out of business. The majority of the blooms arrived already opened and the foliage was wilting. They did not revive in water and have looked limp and bedraggled ever since. Despite them being "letterbox" flowers, the person delivering them rang the doorbell, didn't wait for anyone to answer and left them on the doorstep (the communal entrance to flats on a A road in London) - I have bought letterbox flowers from other companies in the past and have had no such issues. For the amount of money I paid, I'm really disappointed, as was my partner who I bought them for. I won't be buying from Bunches again.

I am sorry to say that the flowers were all open when we received them, two days later they were starting to wilt an die. You stated that they would be buds but they were not. I will say arrived on time in a sturdy box, but first thing my wife said was”they are not going to last long” not thank you .

The last to orders I made didn't arrive on time which was a shame as ll previus orders had been spot on.

Good delivery but the state of the flowers were very bad. It was £26 and it looks really bad and not even arranged. Very dissatisfied.I wish I could attach a photo. it looked nothing like the website

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Really disappointed..the flowers arrived looking a lot less than the image on the website. I usually use Marks and Spencer’s but thought I would give Bunches a try for a change.

This would be one star however ordering through to delivery is always easy and very quick flowers did arrive on time. The quality of flowers was poor, droopy and very disappointing looked like they hadn't seen water for days. These were for a friend and sent to let her know I am thinking of her. Will think twice before ordering again even after using Bunches since2016

Paid £40 for a bunch of flowers and got a bunch the size of my hand about £8 worth

The flowers were for our daughter who have just given us a beautiful new grandson, they only lasted approximately 3 days , very disappointed

The freesias were great but the irises didn't open so it was half a good job. Disappointed.

I do love bunches for flowers but I’m not impressed with the house plants. I bought my Dad a Weeping Fig tree for his 70th and after a month all the leaves had dropped off. We thought it might be dormant for winter but it’s now turned into sticks. As it’s over 30days since purchase no replacement or refund is going to be given. Considering I’ve been a customer for 6 years this has been a very disappointing experience and has effected my review.

I bought the Iris and Freesia flowers for my wife and was disappointed that the Irises didn't open. Not sure I will be buying from this site in the future.

Delivery was fine but the flowers were really disappointing for the price and I actually felt embarrassed when my friend received them for her birthday. Hardly any flowers in the bunch and quite a few broken stems.

The bunch of flowers was significantly less than expected or what the pictures look like. Did not look full at all. The flowers also started dying after 1 day.

The flowers were fresh but very few flowers for £27. Not worth the money at all. I wouldn't order again. I contacted the company who were quite patronising and told me to ask the recipient to count the stems.....

I ordered flowers which were received 25th February 2021, they looked fresh but the Irises only lasted 4 days and were thrown out on day 5. I would have expected fresh flowers to last at least a week. The Freesia has lasted but this is only day 7.

Disappointed because promised delivery for a wedding anniversary on a Wednesday did not arrive until the Friday.
