The flowers were delivered but left on a desk and not delivered to the person. As I did not receive any confirmation from the lady who they were delivered too, I made contact the following day only to be told that she had not received. She then had to go around the building looking for the flowers which were located, however 24 hours after delivery. Not very happy with the service and wouldn't use again

When sending blooms to businesses, hospitals or schools, our courier delivers to the main reception or mail room, where they're then distributed internally. While we provide tracking information for you to follow your gift's journey, we unfortunately don't have control over the internal distribution once it reaches the building. Placed an order with a specified delevery date and delivery timeframe of t selected date or day after. Feceived order confirmation confirming delivery timeframe and selected date of delivery. Flowers failed to arrive on selected date. On the day following the tracking info showed the flowers asd being a long distance away. As they were for a birthday I rang Customer DSrvices - only to have a rather bumptious female tell em that because of the post code the flowers would take 7 days ! If that is the case then why promise delivery on selected date or day after? I then spoke to a second custoimer services operative who advised me the foirst operative was wrong and the post code was not an exemption to the de.iv ery dates. The flowers arrived late in the day following selected delivery - they looked a bit tatty. Bunches used to be really good - standards are definitely slipping

Our standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery does aim to deliver the day after dispatch, though occasionally it can take an extra day. I'm sorry to say that this particular letterbox bouquet was not up to the usual standard. The flowers especially the roses did not last well or looking fresh on arrival? Not sure what happened :(

Hi there, Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the flowers. I can send a photo of the delivered flowers which look nothing like the picture. Also the flowers were left in the outdoor bin!

Keeping this short, have been a customer for over 20 years and always been delighted with the flowers and so have the recipients. This time it was all very different. They arrived squashed flat which isnt Bunches fault but the floweres themselves were not as many as usual and very dissapointing. The Iris's didnt last long and the Fresias, although smelt lovely were not very attractive. Will look elsewhere before I buy again if I do. Very sad.

Flowers did not last nearly as long as promised, they were brown and shriveling up after no more than 3-4 days. Everything else was fine.

I sent a hyacinth plant to my elderly mother ready for Mothers Day. It arrived unsupported in a box and it had tipped over so that lots of the earth had fallen out. My mother had to rearrange it back into the pot. I would have expected some filling or packing paper to have been wedged around the pot so that it stayed upright. Very disappointed and will be reluctant to use Bunches again.

I placed 2 oreders for Mothers Day. One order arrived perfectly on time the other NOT. I had an email to explain the flowers had gone to the wrong address and a replacemnt order would be deliverd on Tuesday. They did not arrive. I emailed again to ask where the order was and was told they would be arriving on Thursday. Very disappointed with the srvice this time. A free box of truffles added and 10 posy points on my account. Does not cover the dissappointment felt by both parties involved, i.e. us and Mum on Mothering Sunday.

As they were unrapped a lot of the Carnation heads fell off, I trimed the bottoms as per instructions and placed them in warm water as directed, the water was topped up with warm water every two days, All the flowers had passed by the following Friday I did contact the company who apolgised and offered to send replacements but as of Saturday the 5th of April none had arrived

Ordered the XL bouquet for £48, the flowers arrived in two packages and two bunches which led the receiver to think they had sent one by mistake. I told them this was not the case after council the stems in each bouquet. Sadly even when combined they did not amount to an “XL” by the standard of other companies. Would probably not order from this site in future.

Sorry not good. Originally only issue was the time of delivery but mi. Said her flowers lasted tree days.
