“I would have loved to leave a good review but flowers were not as described and pictured on the website, I also got the larger version and the bouquet looked thin and not as great.”

“Sad to say I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day last week. To be fair they arrived Sunday as requested but they were very battered and only lasted a few days. Very disappointed”

“I purchased a bouquet for Mother’s Day, but I was not impressed. The flowers arrived on time and were not damaged but they were less than impressive, not worth the amount paid and didn’t look like the image advertised. Next time I’ll stick to the high street.”

“Arrived on time but in full flower . I had hoped for some buds so my mother could have the pleasure of watching them coming out . They were in the bin after a couple of days ..such a disappointment as they weren’t cheap and I had expected more from you :-(”

“Gorgeous colour flowers & arrived promptly having paid for next day. I ordered a large bunch for my mum for Mother’s Day, unfortunately I was very disappointed in what was deemed as a “large” bunch of flowers, they appeared very spindly. I bought these as a nice treat for my mum after what has been a very difficult year for her & our family, when quite frankly next time I would rather get a large bunch from the local supermarket for half the price I paid of these.”

“Have used for a number of years as a sender and receiver but last year (Mother’s Day) was not impressed. The flowers I received were already in bloom and the roses were well passed there best! The bunch didn’t even last a week! The flowers I sent also not in bud form as stated and half were broken . Not impressed so won’t be using again”

“Really disappointed with the size of the mothers day bouquet. Not only did it arrive a day late so wasn't able to give on time but it looked so small I had to go out and buy a replacement bunch as I felt it looked like a cheap bunch”

“The price was reasonable but the bouquet left on the doorstep by DPD, for my elderly mother to come down from her flat to collect, did not have much likeness to the bouquet in the photo I ordered. I would include photos if allowed.”
