“We get a lot from Bunches but decided to go for the 'florists choice' which we won't do again. I think 'florists choice' should read 'florists left-overs'. Usually I would rate Bunches as a 4* or 5* but not this time.”

“Your images really do not match the description. I bought a bouquet of flowers for my parents anniversary and I was very disappointed with the flowers that arrived, they looked nothing like the picture on your site and I believe I could have bought a nicer and cheaper version from the local supermarket.”

“Recently I ordered flowers for a friend who was celebrating her 80th birthday. She was most embarrassed when the delivery arrived, saying that the flowers were a disgrace, and sent me a photo of said flowers. They certainly looked nothing like the photograph on your website, which showed approximately 15 single carnations and several sprays of pink gypsophila. Her flowers consisted of one or two sprays of carnations, 3 fresia and one small piece of gypsophila. I called your customer service separtment, and was told that if I forwarded a photo of the received flowers, I would either be given a replacement or a full refund. My friend does not want a replacement, so I wrote an email to the lady from customer service, and her reply mentioned nothing about a refund, but wanted me to wait another couple of days to allow the flowers to develop. I have written back but received no further communication.”

“They arrived and the touch of the free seeds really made my nan happy. However after 2 days the the roses droped. Just wouldnt order to be delivered on a Monday because it seems that they go to Royal Mail on the Saturday night.”

“The flowers I ordered didn’t look anything like I received, the advertisement was a thick full bunch and the actual bouquet consisted of only about 9 flowers and next to no foliage. Very disappointed for the price we paid”

“The flowers arrive and were lovely, however something went wrong with the booking and no message was sent with the flowers!!!!! One member of the customer services team told me that she could send a separate message but when I replied with the message details I was told by another member of the customer services team that this could not be done - I was not happy and had to phone the recipient of the flowers to tell her they were from me - completely spoiled the surprise. As a result of this miscommunication from your team I will NOT be using your service again.”

“It is very difficult to review something I have not seen. Obviously the flowers were delivered to a friend and they have thanked me, but by way of friendship they will not tell me if they were not satisfied with them. So I have no idea if the quantity of the flowers and cannot review them”

“Very disappointed with this delivery. The roses were dropping when taken out the box. They has no water at the end of the stems and they were very dry like they had been lying about for a few days. Cut them to try and revive but after 5 days they were dead. Had to go and buy more as part of a presentation”
