“The flower arrangement looked lovely and was a nice size display. Although unfortunately the flowers only lasted about 3-4 days before wilting, despite being given regular water top ups and changes.”

“I am saddened to write this review as I have been delighted with your flowers many times before. My order for Unicorn Bliss I ordered I am afraid looked nothing like its picture. I visited my godmother on her 93rd birthday and was horrified at what you had sent. Unfortunately I did not take a photo (wish I had as it was awful) but I didn't want to upset her. As you are aware I have used you many times in the past but am unsure whether to again due to seeing what a poor offering you provided this time.”

“These flowers were perchased as a thankyou present so have only seen a photo, not impressed, haven't used bunches for a while as the last lot of flowers I ordered were a disappointing, and more were sent, but I don't think I shall be using you again”

“After buying a fair few bunches from yourselves and being more than happy, the last was somewhat lacking in quality, only lasted 5 days , roses and the sunflowers wilted quick, looked after them well but just didn't seem to last like previous orders .”

“A little disappointed upon arrival - didn’t have the birthday wow factor I was hoping for and a few of the stems had been broken during delivery which had to be binned. However, the recipient managed to arrange them well and they have lasted for a week so far.”

“Good value however they didn't deliver the flowers on the original day I booked for because no one was home - this was disappointing as they were meant to have been delivered on a birthday. They could have easily been left outside on the porch”

“I always use bunches when I need to send flowers. On this occasion I was a little disappointed with the amount of flowers. As they were delivered on a Monday as requested, I had not thought enough that the flowers would be in the post from the Saturday. I will give more thought to my ordering in future.”

“I have used Bunches at various times and am always pleased with the flowers that are sent and the service. Unfortunately this time the service was let down by Royal Mail delivery. The flowers I ordered on the Friday were to be delivered on Sunday. I tracked the delivery and was told that Royal Mail couldn't deliver because they couldn't enter the property. This was totally untrue as I checked with the recipient, who was home and there was no obstruction. The flowers were not delivered until Tuesday. Unacceptable and disappointing on the part of Royal Mail. The flowers were lovely and greatly appreciated by the recipient when they finally arrived. Great pity that Bunches are let down by bad delivery.”

“When they arrived it was in the extreme heat to be fair, and they looked completely dead but I put them in some nice fresh water and they did come back a bit, maybe they would have done better if it wasn't such extreme heat.”

“I chose the Rhubarb and Custard bouquet for my mother's birthday. I was a bit disappointed to hear that although the flowers were beautiful and my mother was pleased with them, they were not the same colours as shown on the website.”
