Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “.ài was disappointed to have the bouquet delivered in a box and there could not be the centre point of the Birthday Table. After three days the blooms blossomed beautifully, but the impact, as a surprise, unexpected bouquet was not to be. The chocalates were worth the small extra charge. I advise you make it clear how the flowers are delivered, although I appreciate the care taken. I am not sure Royal Mail should deliver flowers as a bouquet as shown in your catalogue. The delivery came at 2pm on the day requested.”
