“This is the first time I feel let down. Post office had problems sending to the correct depot, so the flowers for a 21st birthday didn’t arrive until two days later, I know this is not the fault of Bunches, all I got was an email telling me of the delay, very frustrating.”

“Flowers were beautiful and the recipient was so pleased with them. The order was delivered on time. II didn't find ordering the easiest as being old I'm not very proficient with IT which resulted in the flowers being sent without my name (the sender) on them. However, Bunches sorted this out for me and all was well.”
