“Initially I was informed by Royal mail that the parcel was not scheduled to be delivered on the day as requested, when I rang customer services I was very disappointed with our interaction, I found them to be pretty unhelpful and a bit off with me. Thankfully the item did arrive on the day and it was lovely, but I would be reluctant to use again due to the lack of customer service.”

“Lovely bird ceramic pot with pink azalia plant in. Different pink to picture and in bud when arrived. Both folk I ordered for particularly liked the pot, and plant beginning flower. Little pricey but worth it.”
