“Very disappointed when I saw the flowers my mum received on her birthday. They were a quarter of the size as shown in the online photo when I chose them. I would have been able to get a nicer bunch from a local garage”

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image.
