“Bunches never fail to deliver good quality plants and flowers. I order at least twice a year and I've never been let down. My daughter is always happy when she receives her flowers. This mother's day she sent me flowers and they were delayed in the post causing the yellow roses, a favourite of mine, to be a little sad. When she told Bunches, and even though it was not Bunches to blame, they were replaced promptly. I wish you delivered abroad! Thank you Bunches”

“For the price of the flowers the bunch you receive is incredibly small. Probably wouldn’t order again due to that. However the customer service is 10/10 when I wanted to change the bunch ordered so it could get delivered in time they were very accommodating and helped make this possible which I am very greatful with they also allowed me to edit the content of the card when I accidentally ordered it without any text so I am very happy about that side of things and they should be proud about that! Especially as the flowers I ordered were for someone grieving !”

“I ordered a bunch for my mum for Mother’s Day. I had arranged for them to be delivered on the Saturday and whilst I understand my mum lives in a rural, remote location, I was disappointed that the bunch was delivered two days after, despite paying £4.99 for them to be delivered ahead of Mother’s Day. I also note that they were only dispatched on the Friday, which was never going to be a feasible task. Nonetheless, the flowers were lovely and she was happy with them which is all that matters.”
