“From what I can tell the flowers were fine, but I ordered them on Saturday and the website makes it look like they’ll arrive on Sunday. They didn’t arrive until Tuesday - if you look at the small print it’s sent via Royal Mail and can’t guarantee it will be delivered in 24 hours. Just thought advertising was misleading.”

“I have used Bunches a number of and have always found them to be clear in their description of the flowers/plants, reasonably priced and reliable in their delivery. On this latest occasion, for a family member's birthday, the tracking system informed me that the 'gift was delivered to the recipient's safe place'. When contacted, the 'recipient' was unaware of any such delivery. The friendly and helpful staff at Bunches sent a picture of the delivery, which I forwarded and the flowers were found straight away, unscathed!”

We send many of our flowers in bud to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition and last longer in the home. Once trimmed and placed in fresh water, they should open out and make the vase look a lot more full.
