“Able to send a plant to a loved one on the other side of the world but the plant did not look like the picture and was described as needing some TLC . Was also not delivered when it was supposed to be. Very disappointed! !”

“I've Bought Flowers off Bunches for Many years now For Xmas, Birthdays, Etc. Never any problems. But this time there was no Card/Message enclosed, No Greeting or who from? Luckily the wife knew they were from me”

“The flowers were good but I was expecting them to be delivered on Friday and they weren't delivered until Saturday. That was acceptable as it was a few days beford Christmas but I would have been unhappy if they were being sent for a special occasion.”

“Even though the flowers were received on time they did not look like the website photo and some of the flowers were not as fresh. This was a shame as I have used bunches before and the quality was much better. This was a £25.99 bouquet so I expected a bit better.”
