“not as happy as used to be. Website now very complicated if you want to order more than one bunch - have to keep logging out and in again and re do card details each time - what a pain. Also flowers not as fresh as used to be - I had some to myself to use up posy points and have not lasted even 6 days... sad used to be brilliant. Some competitor's flowers arrived same day and are pristine still.”

“Was slightly disappointed by the condition of the flowers. I sent an e-mail as the three Alstroemeria looked limp and dying when I opened the packaging. I was offered an upgraded bouquet as replacement but in the mean time found that as the alstroemeria all had kinks in the stems I made "splints" for them so that they stood up and were then able to take up water. I turned down the offer of replacement down as once the flowers had recovered I was left with a very acceptable arrangement. I would use Bunches again as I have always had good flowers in the past and was impressed with customer service”

“These were a Christmas present for my mum , when they arrived they were not as good as usual . The small white flowers s the heads were all broken. The other came out better in water .”

“The box was wet which had gone through to the outside,also it was sticky inside,unsure where that came from,but the flowers were ok once the stems were cleaned up,a bit messy so I was told.”

“I have used Bunches.co.uk both as purchaser and recipient on a few occasions. I can only rate the flowers that I have received from friends through Bunches as adequate. The last gift I received was a potted plant in a novelty tin cup and saucer for Christmas. The plant was mis-shapen, leaning to one side and the flowers were already past their best.”

“I have used Bunches many times and rarely had any issues with them. But ordered 2 lots of flowers on the same day, to different parts of the country. 1 bunch to Scotland and my Mother in Law, and one to my brother and his wife in Wales. Although the bunches were slightly different they were both ordered to be delivered on the same day. My Mother in Law received hers the day before it was due and was very happy, by brother however did not receive his until over 4 days later. The flowers he said looked sad and droopy and needed a lot of water, and did revive a bit, but he didn't like complaining to me, after all it was a gift. Whether these flowers had sat in the post depot all that time we have no idea. There was no note left for him to collect them and so we will never know. I found out that my sister in law broke her wrist that weekend so the flowers would have cheered her up no end, had they arrived in pristine condition. Will think twice before ordering from here again”

“Bouquet not as big as I expected, couldn't really tell size on website. Really great quality though. Let down with delivery being left outside, Dpd said left in porch as instructed, there is no porch at property and instructions were to leave with neighbour”
