Very dis satisfied order didn't turn up after a few days i tried to rectify via emails to your customer service department who although this was a SUPRISE get well bouquet and I'm in Greece did absolutely nothing to assist me. again this was supposed to be a get well SUPRISE for some one who is Bedbound so not in a position to try and trace where this bouquet ended up I've asked your customer service department to arrange to trace but apparantly as I chose the 'first class' service u aren't willing to do anything? ? Feeling very let down by this company who I tried for the first time to use after a recommendation via busines. To date I have paid for a gift which simply hasn't arrived

Slightly disappointed at the size of the bunch of flowers, if i had time to go to the florist and pick them i would have a got a lot more for my money, although saying this i am aware of the delivery costs that go in to all orders, so thank you.

Very disappointed, flowers didn't look anything like the picture they were also a surprise for a friend's birthday and they arrived at her work place a day early which was very disappointing.

Disappointed to learn that the flowers were dropped over a back gate when I stipulated at what time they could be delivered so that someone was in. The recipient refused to tell me whether they were damaged or not. I feel the joy of receiving a gift like this is a knock on the door and the courier to deliver them by hand. Will need your reassurance that this will not happen again if I am to stay your customer!

Our boxes do detail very clearly that they need to be kept upright and the Royal Mail do usually handle our flowers with such care, as they have done for over 25 years; however I hope that it may be a small consolation in that we are taking the matter very seriously with them regarding their lack of service on this occasion. Compared to my Mums last flowers these were disappointing, even more so when she knows I'm in my 4th week in hospital and I thought I had ordered the same arrangement as last time. Very few flowers.

Just be careful when ordering if you want your flowers to be delivered on a particular day mine were early but nobody was at home and I asked for the date of the birthday it was in the small print an extra £5.95

The bunch sent for my mothers birthday were small, and looked like they had come from some ones garden, they looked nothing like the picture on the site. I would not recommend nor will I use again

Supposed to be delivered on Monday 11th however was delivered on 9th, no one was home so card left to collect between certain times on Monday however the set times did not fit in so couldn't be collected until Tuesday! I had requested they be delivered on the Monday for a reason! This is really not acceptable!

Be aware! The purple dye used on the wooden leaves in the item named 'Damson Delight' is not colour fast and will stain hands and soft furnishings when wet.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT FLOWERS SENT WERE FULLY OPEN & ON REPORTING BACK RE MY DISAPPOINTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT IF THEY DONT LAST AT LEAST TWO WEEKS TO COME BACK MAKING CONTACT AGAIN, THAT JUST WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I MADE A COMPLAINT RE THE FLOWERS & FEEL A REPLACEMENT DELIVERY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE THEN & NOT TWO WEEKS LATER WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE WELL GONE.THIS WAS A RUBY WEDDING GIFT, AN IMPORTANT DATE FOR MY BROTHER & HIS WIFE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HIGHLY DELIGHTED WITH THE FLOWERS & YOUR SERVICE BUT ON THIS OCCASION YOUR RESPONCE HAS LET ME DOWN.

We try to send the majority of our flowers in bud or just coming out of bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last longer. However that particular bouquet we do guarantee to last at least two weeks, so if you do find the flowers do not last this guaranteed period, we will gladly replace these for you. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment this matter has caused.

I ordered some flowers on 27th April for my friend's 50th birthday on 29th April. It was only after the order had been placed that it became apparent that they might not be delivered until 30th April. I did not receive confirmation when the flowers were delivered, but my friend only thanked me on 30th, which leads me to believe that I missed her milestone birthday. I felt doubly bad about this as the flowers she ordered for me from a different supplier arrived on my milestone birthday. When flowers are ordered it is normal practice to expect and to be offered a specific delivery date. I would not use bunches.co.uk again even though the flowers are apparently gorgeous because I cannot rely on the delivery dates offered. Alison Hume

I have used bunches on many occasions before and been very happy with the feedback from friends and family who were in receipt of flowers/plants. However this time the plant and birthday goodies I ordered for my daughter's birthday in July arrived two days ago and she reported that the plant looked half dead. Very disappointed on this occasion. D. clayton

Very disappointed with my purchase. Roughly 25% of the flowers were flat due to the packaging they came in and the fact they were horizontal the entire journey added to the damages, the flowers were not as good a quality as shown in the pictures as some of them were withered and dying, I could have gone down to my local supermarket and bought a bunch twice the size for half the price. I shall not be buying from them again, nor would I be recommending them to anyone.

I suppose I should have expected the picture not to depict the reality fully.They never do The service was very good just the flowers were a bit thin on the ground, chocs were fine. IMy family and I have always said we wouldnt order delivery of flowers online again. but in this instance I was housebound and my daughter was having surgery. The card was just as pictured. thankyou

I have used bunches before and I have always been so pleased with the service they have given!! I ordered the flowers to be delivered for today, however the flowers were delivered yesterday and the water had already dried out so when my friend got the flowers some of them didn't look very nice!! I have used bunches for the past 4 years and always come on the day of chosen delivery, unfortunately the day i needed it the most to arrive at a certain place on time it failed me and resulting in one person gaining flowers and one not receiving their birthday present.
