Disappointed this time as the person hasn't yet received her bouquet and that was supposed to be last thursday and we are now sunday!

very disappointed the flowers arrived were sparse and still no sign of them blooming, i could of gone to local supermarket for half the price and collected a better display, but as I wanted the receiver to have the experience of flowers being delivered that would of defeated the purpose. On a positive note they arrived the next day, excellent promt service. But lesson learned as you pay for what you get I will stick to interflora in future!

Thank you for your comments Michelle. We are sincerely sorry to hear you were disappointed on this occasion. These flowers clearly did not achieve the high standards we aim for. We do send the majority of our flowers in bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last much longer, so they may not look as big on arrival. However they do open up and bloom beautifully within 24-48 hours like the illustration on our website and arranged. This is explained throughout our website and on your order confirmation. i have seen a photo of flowers sent and am surprised how few flowers and all all differing lengths of pinks stalks ,looks nothing like the picture of pink celebration 17.99 on line .

It was my first time I that I've purchase from Bunches.co.uk, since it had a very good review, however it turned out to be a very disappointed experiences. although they say on the website, their ensure 4 times before sending them off but i think the quality of the roses that I brought wasn't checked properly. I've put an order on 27/05 and it arrived 29/05 according to the date I wanted to be delivered, which were great with royal mail, all well packed but unfortunately the roses were dying, it had a very slight dried/dead edges of the bud. and its only been 1 day, on all 12 pink/white roses started to have dead and dried edges of each bud. Thought it would be 2 weeks life span on them accordingly to the website. but which all wasn't true at all, so therefore I don't think I would come back again. if I had a picture to show you to compare, you will see the big different from the real product to the picture they listed up. heads up for everything who is buying from them

Thank you for your comments Steven. I am sincerely sorry to hear of the disappointment this has caused. We do send our Roses with outer guard petals so this can make the roses appear slightly worse for wear on arrival, however this is a natural characteristic of our roses. We do leave these barrier petals on our roses to protect the flower during transit and they just need to be gently removed from the rose on arrival. Delivery company (FEDex) driver tried a sneaky one, he tried to steal my anniversary flowers by saying "it was delivered" he said he wasn't given my mobile number and he had left the flowers outside my security door. When asked why he didn't get a signature even by leaving the flowers at a neighbours house, he said he wasn't required to take a signature?! After complaining to FEDex, they sent the driver back to my house to show me where he had left them. Strange that 5 mins ago i checked the place where he had said he left them, as soon as he arrived he called me to say the flowers are where he left them. I confronted him and he stuttered, I could tell tried to say no one was at home and he left them there but actually he tried to take them for himself to give to someone else. Bunches should tell drivers to take signatures when delivering.

The delivery drivers should obtain a signature when a special courier is chosen, however if the sender has requested to leave the gift safe a signature is not required. Disappointed my money was returned as you dont deliver to dublin surely you could source another delivery company other than royal mail?

Thank you for your comments Carol. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment on this occasion. Being a flowers by post company we use the Royal Mail to deliver our flowers and unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Dublin, Ireland. We do however deliver within the UK which includes all of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. I will pass on your comments regarding this matter and hopefully this is something we will be looking to do in the future. With thanks and apologies.

While the bunch of flowers I ordered looked like the bunch that was advertised on-line, and had all the right contents, I could clearly see from the photograph that my sister (the recipient) took when she received them, that they were slightly wilted. Very disappointing for a service which has been excellent in the past.

Very disappointed with the flowers themselves. There were not very many of them and once placed in a vase they looked really sparse.

THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED, THE FLOWERS LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, AND THE CHOCOLATES WERE SO SMALL A PACKET. I WAS REALLY DISAPOINTED . NOT WORTH THE MONEY .

Thank you for your comments Tracey. We are disappointed to hear that your most recent package was damaged during transit, resulting in the flowers not arriving in peak condition. Our boxes do detail very clearly that they need to be kept upright and the Royal Mail do usually handle our flowers with such care, as they have done for over 25 years; however I hope that it may be a small consolation in that we are taking the matter very seriously with them regarding their lack of service on this occasion. Although flowers and chocolates were fine, I asked for them to be delivered on Saturday and they were delivered on Friday when they would not be in, twice they came to deliver them and couldn't and in the end left them with a neighbour, which as they had only just moved in could have been a problem. Laura hadn't been told about the flowers as it was a surprise so if they hadn't got them they would have been none the wiser. Why ask when they are to be delivered if you are not keeping to it. Hazel King a very disappointed customer.

Flowers arrived as ordered, but don't make the mistake of ordering if you are under the impression that you will receive a bouquet as pictured. Flowers arrived in a small cardboard box, and although I realised that they were to be dispatched 'in bud' this actually detracted significantly from the flowers as a birthday surprise. Back to intaflora...

Very unhappy with the flowes sent looked like a bunch from a garage and not been sold so on there way out.Looked nothing like the picture.I know it said alot would be in bud but come on they looked dead felt embarrassed.

Not what I really expected when I saw them. Thought they would at least look similar to the picture slightly. Don't come arranged or anything. Just put in a box and delivered

Very disappointed with Rosy Posy ordered as a gift, outer petals on some flowers dying. Would have been embarrassed to give them to the recipient . Comments from friends who saw them were not good . However rang customer services to complain and received a second arrangement within 24 hours .

I have used bunches for many years and both myself and my recipients have always been pleased with the flowers. For the first time with my most recent order I order an addition of a birthday cake. Unfortunately this was not delivered which was very disappointing. The flowers as ever were beautiful. I will continue to order flowers from Bunches but will be wary about ordering additional items in future therefore on this occasion I have had to give a negative score.

Delivery was good arrived next day from purchasing order. Not happy with product as showed a fancy rose in picture when arrived was nothing like the one in picture just a normal red rose. Arrived on Tuesday and currently dead by today. So lasted not even 3 whole days.

Flowers are perfect. They were ordered for Monday but we're delivered the Saturday before-why I have no idea and it was then a let down as no flowers delivered on my wife's birthday. Flowers were fine though.

Having previously been very pleased with orders from Bunches, my latest order of Sunflowers as a gift to someone was very disappointing. After taking details on screen came earliest delivery date 15th May, this was the date I had hoped for so placed order, course order didn't arrive until lunch time 16. Had a load of jargon about they agree to deliver 1-2 days after requested date. ? What's the point of that, they told me earliest date yet not delivered till day after. If can't deliver on date requested then don't take money from accounts, that doesn't take however many working days to happen.
