The supposedly beautiful bouquet arrived later than was paid extra for, it was left unprotected at a side gate where it could be seen or stolen by passers by, and it was a small, sparse, amaterish, higgledepiggeldy spray of 12 tall carnations with some very small fresias. Speechless! And nearly 34 pounds thankyou very much. Never again.

The flowers were good but delivery let them down as per email already sent and rely received.

Thank you for your comments Sara. We are really pleased to hear how delighted you were with the flowers, however we were disappointed to hear the delivery was not up to our usual high standard. Really disappointed!! Flowers were a tiny bunch and were over £18!! Spent nearly £33 in total and all items were just plonked together in a box. So disappointed, wish I'd gone elsewhere.

We do send the majority of our flowers in bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last much longer, so they may not look as big on arrival. However to hear you were unhappy, most certainly does not achieve the standard we aim for. Sadly my Mum was underwhelmed by the bouquet she received on Mothers Day. It was small and some of the flowers were wilting.

Bought these long stemmed Carnations for a 5oth Wedding Anniversary. Really disappointed with them. 3 heads were broken off and when the flowers opened out quite a few had brown petals. Sorry won't use you again.

Order was to include a small cake as well as free chocolates. No cake!, and the flowers were for a birthday so I ordered them because the cake was included. Disappointed

Flowers would have been nice but we're left on the doorstep in the sun . When delivered they did not knock or ring bell . It was only when my friend went out very late afternoon that they were discovered propped up on doorstep. Unsure how long they had sat in the sun but they certainly were not as fresh as I hoped for . I visited early evening and was disappointed in what I saw .Obviously it is the courier at fault

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday and was upset to see that the otter edges of the roses were wilted,discoloured & damaged looking. It was also a very small arrangement & could have done with a few more stems. I felt disappointed. The delivery was prompt however they had just been left on my mums doorstep even though I had asked for them to be delivered to the neighbour if no answer.

Normally the service is amazing but when I ordered a gift box it took over four weeks before they arrived. What was upsetting is my mum ordered them from her hospital bed knowing she was dying so it was her last thing that she was able to do and it did not turn up until after she died. I did not learn that this had happened until recently otherwise I would have chased them at the time.

Unfortunately the alstromerias which were in the bouquet arrived in very poor condition either dying or with the flowers having fallen off the stems, the carnations were fine though

Normally excellent flowers from Bunches, but not for the first time I was let down by mere mediocre, verging on poor quality, on a very special occasion. Roses well past their best and I could have got much better value at the local supermarket. What a shame.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. I did wonder if they were left overs from the weekend. I requested delivery for the 24th, my daughters birthday, they arrived the previous day. The flowers did not look a bit like the picture on your advert. I had received some from a friend and they lasted over two weeks, therefore I felt quite confident when I placed my order. Would I use Bunches again, .I'm not sure.

However they do open up and bloom beautifully like the illustration on our website. If you do ever find yourself unhappy though please contact us at flowers@bunches.co.uk or on 0800 626 429 and we will gladly look into this for you. With regards to the delivery I can see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option, with this option, delivery takes between 1-2 days so to make sure no special occasions are missed, we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, we have courier options available.

Well ... disappointed that I had to pay additional £7.95 for flowers to be delivered on a specific day - wouldn't anyone who is ordering flowers want them delivered on a specific day ? Its very misleading to state 'free delivery' then its actually within 2 days - haven't seen this before when ordering flowers from other online florists. I don't know yet whether or not the flowers I ordered were like the picture I saw - only time will tell. I would have liked a text from Bunches to tell me that the flowers had been delivered rather than go onto Royal Mail site to track delivery.

Thank you for your comments Joan. As we are a flowers by post company, we entrust Royal Mail or Fed Ex to deliver our flowers. Unfortunately these are the charges from the courier and not ourselves. You did choose for a special recorded delivery before 1pm which is an additional £7.95, there is an option for a specified all day courier for £5.95 and also the free delivery on the First Class post with Royal Mail. I apologise for any disappointment this matter has caused and thank you for your feedback regarding a delivery status text, we have passed these comments onto production team.

I received 3 bunches of orchids .with chocolates &card for mothers day they looked absolutely stunning, unfortunately, two days later they were almost dead !!!

Bit disappointed if I am honest I visited my Daughter in law and seen the flowers and very tiny 'happy' balloon felt not reflect the price paid

extremley disappointed in the size of the bouquet and small packet of chocolates internet very misleading .Ordered extra large received 26 stems will not purchase anything in the future or recommend to any one else. 5 work collegues gave to the collection i was vey embarrassed when the flowers arrived. I felt guilty and showed them the receipt

I am usually really impressed with the quality of flowers, but on this occasion feel very disappointed. The Mother's Day bouquet delivered on Thursday did not last a week and had to be thrown away on the Wednesday after Mother's Day. For the price I am not happy and my Mum is disappointed.
