The flowers ordered were for our Pearl Wedding anniversary. They were delivered promptly but their condition was not great and they deteriorated quite rapidly, especially the roses. Was this possibly due to them being delivered on Monday and having spent the weekend in transit? This is not the first time your product has not come up to an expected standard.

Flowers arrived two days before required date. This was fine but they were already past their prime and were starting to wither on my wife's birthday.

Flowers ordered where the vintage collection yellow silver white yet they were pink red, also ordered basket containing pink roses again got a mixture of red white yellow. Thankfully mum liked them. But what's the point of showing pictures of flowers to show then just doing what you like knowing when you live in Australia you cannot do anything about it. Even the day you got wrong I asked for them to be delivered on Monday she got them Saturday. Not good enough. Barbara baxter

Was extremely disappointed with the flowers that arrived for my daughter's birthday. The picture showed a beautiful bouquet what arrived was a small bunch of flowers that could have been picked up at a supermarket. Was not happy at all and won't be using bunches again.

Very dissappointed with the size of the bouquet for a £28 bouquet. Bought a £5 one at Asda which is bigger and has as many blooms.

I didn't think the flowers were anything like the picture, rather a poor bunch of flowers very disappointed. Would have got better value from a supermarket.

My flowers were in transit for over 24 hrs with no water in the summer, on arrival they looked sad not at all like take the photo on line. I advised the company and included photos of the bouquet. After three days in water and plant food provided , three stems have died.again photos sent to the company.They have offered me a refund which I have accepted.

I purchased 2 sets of flowers for my mother and aunty and they are nothing like the image on your site. I expected a nice big bunch as displayed with the chocolates and what they have recieved is nothing like. I could have got a much nicer bunch from a supermarket! Very disappointing for the money.

The flowers were not good value for money, the free chocolates were a very small packet!!!!!! I marked delivery for 22nd June they arrived on the 21st

Despite being asked to leave the flowers on the doorstep they were delivered to the wrong house and we did not receive them until our neighbour brought them to us the following day. They were for a wedding anniversary and delivery date was important. I even paid extra for delivery. I am very disappointed.

The prices were good, however, you sent flowers that I didn't pick, I ordered a bunch of all Lilly's instead what was sent is something I could of picked up in tesco. Also your delivery time was a joke

Flowers and gifts arrived at 7:30 am and 2 days before the event. My poor mother of 74, was worried at that time of the morning. Good idea, that went wrong and I live too far away to take them personally. Shame.

Was expecting better, you get better flowers for a fiver at your local tesco than the pitiful array that cost me five times that amount. In this instance you don't get what you pay for.

I have always been very satisfied with your prompt service and the delightful flowers my friends/relatives have received over the years. However - my low rating today is because of a problem I had which I telephoned you about this afternoon, followed by an email from my very irate husband. I inadvertently gave you my stepdaughter's previous address in error, and upon realising this today I telephoned to ask for this bouquet and card be re-adddressed to her newer correct address. I was told that because this bouquet was sent by 1st class mail and should have arrived Saturday which was exactly what I wanted for my poor stepdaughter's cheer up call which she badly currently needed. You said also that this could not be tracked to see if indeed Royal Mail delivered and it was accepted by the new people in the address, or if it would be returned to you. Why on earth, if the new people in the property said this was not the correct address for the addressee did not Royal Mail phone or email or text you to say so. Then you could have contacted me and we could have sorted it out in seconds by my giving you the correct address for her. This is why my husband and myself are bitterly disappointed in your current service. My stepdaughter would have loved to receive this bouquet. I was offered a 20% discount if I wanted to resend this lovely bouquet to the correct current address but I decided not to proceed with this offer. We remain very disappointed by the way you run your system.

Disappointing for my 50th - flowers nothing like the picture on the website, picture of cake misleadingly big and a bag of chocolate buttons! My husband works away and thought he was sending a special treat.
