Flowers looked weak and not worth the money , I have used Bunches before but this time they weren't good at all.

Hi website good and simple to use. Flowers arrived too tightly wrapped and only lasted a couple of days, really sad to say I'd have done better with petrol forecourt flowers I won't use again.

MY Daughters flowers were left on top of her green bin as she was out ,but i did put if she was out leave, with a neighbour so when she told me i was not pleased

I'm really sorry to report that the last bouquet was disappointing . I have used you in the past and the flowers have been stunning. For the price if these flowers in my last order I was not happy with the quality and unhappy and let down as they were a birthday gift. I'm sorry for this review .

We have ordered flowers quite a few times from Bunches and the last order was delivered this week and we were sent a photo of the flowers and for the cost of the flowers I didn't think we got very good value at all!

Very disappointing! The flowers were for a 60th birthday. They were delivered a day before the requested date (on Sunday 8/5/16) when I knew my friend was going to be away - they should have been delivered the following day. Equally importantly, they were delivered to the wrong house!! Fortunately, the neighbour, who was also away, returned later that day and took them in. While in a semi-rural setting, both cottages are clearly named. The sunflowers, from the photo sent, were minimal and very unspectacular - though my friend was very polite in her response!

Normally your flowers are fantastic however the bunch that was sent to my partners mother was an embarrassment. I know that it takes a few days for them to open but when the arrived the flowers looked like a few stems and a bit a gyp, they looked worse than a bunch you would get from a garage. It's such a shame as I have had a number of great bouquets in the passed, this will really make me think twice about ordering from you again.

The photo from the website was very different to the flowers that arrived. The bunch looked much smaller and was a bit disappointing for the price. I have used bunches lots before, and this is the first time it happened.

I wasn't happy atall with the quality of the flowers they were bent and a very small bunch, not like what the picture advertises atall. The cake was all squashed and card also bent. Overall was not happy paying the money I did for what my Nan had received. Very disappointing

Possibly my own fault, but I chose one of the lowest priced options as a little extra birthday gift and was embarrassed by what was received. i liked the idea of the flowers being delivered rather than me handing them over. but for the money I paid, I could have got a lovely bunch of flowers from the supermarket rather than the spray of carnations which i could source for around 3 pounds locally. I requested a delivery date and they arrived the day before when no-one was in. this was flagged on the site to be fair, but compounded the whole experience. Never again.

These were sent to hospital for my future daughter in law & I'm sad to say they looked pathetic, nothing like the photo on the website. I am in Portugal so had to have them sent, she was too polite to say her thoughts.

The carnations I sent my 87 year old father who had recently had an operation were very disappointing. As it is summer in the UK and flower growing season I felt it was a mean sad bunch and looked nothing like the photograph you use to sell them. Beverly Blackmore

The anniversary flowers I ordered arrived a day early. My wife was at work therefore the postman left a note to say they where at the sorting office. When my wife picked them up the following day they where half dead and to our surprise not kept in any form of water. I wouldn't recommend as it's embarrassing sending a loved one half dead flowers.

To be honest think I'll go back to interflora in future! Am disappointed with both size and quality of the flowers. The basket they are presented in is horrid with metal wire visible all the way around making the only decent view from directly above. The flowers are far smaller than I thought, past their best and they didn't even stand up properly in their pot (some of the stems weren't in the pot!) And the "add gypsophila to your bunch" is a complete wast of money as it arrived as a separate sprig! What am I supposed to do with that when it's a hand tied, basket held arrangement? Break them into bits and shove them in???? Overall the only saving grace is that they arrived on time (which they should have as I paid quite a bit extra to have them arrive before 1pm) My husband loves roses, it was his 50th and these were sent to the hotel that I booked for a couple of nights away. I was so disappointed, he (thankfully) doesn't know how much I paid for them and was just touched by my thought. You won't be surprised to hear that I will not be a repeat customer or recommending you!

Saw the flowers yesterday which had been ordered for 60th birthday. Very disappointed... Not many flowers and overall upset as they looked nothing like the picture or the description. Very disappointed had used bunches over a few years always good quality and always pleased with the orders. A shame.

I was extremely disappointed with the size of the bunch of flowers. It seemed considerably smaller than the picture on the Internet.
