“I have been a customer for years. Last Friday I ordered flowers for mum age 70 - she was out. I assume they tried neighbour but flowers ended up at main post office. My mum doesn't drive and had to get bus to collect from a trading estate.”

“A prompt delivery, but I would be very surprised if the few stems that arrived would bloom into anything that looks remotely like the picture. Also, the chocolate had started to go white. Not overly impressed.”

“The delivery was excellent but the picture says £17.99 but the flowers delivered were not worth that amount and was a small bunch that I could get in a supermarket for around £5. The picture was of the more expensive bunch not the price against the picture I can send a picture of the flowers if required”

“Flowers arrived a day early not on my mums 70th birthday! Flowers not as showed in picture on website! Was asked to count number of stems which is ridiculous won't buy again sorry!”

“Usually flowers from Bunches are really nice, but I was not pleased and somewhat embarrassed when I saw the flowers I ordered as a leaving gift. Firstly there were very few flowers for the amount I paid and secondly the flowers were in very poor condition.”

“Used Bunches many times before but unfortunately this time when I ordered some for my gran's birthday, the flowers were disappointing. They were posted on the Friday and arrived on the Monday, which meant some of the flowers had already died. Hopefully just a blip!”

“Flowers arrived at the destination on date specified. However, they didn't look too good, all the flowers were limp and a few of the stems were damaged above the mid point so we couldn't even trim them to remove the break...Not good as they were a surprise for my wife on our anniversary. I've had quit a few orders from you in the past, none of which warranted a complaint but this order was a sham”

“I have used Bunches before and have been quite pleased. However, I purchased some flower for my Nan's Birthday on Thursday Evening and selected First Class so they would arrive on time for her Birthday on Saturday. Sadly she did not receive them until Monday evening at 5.20pm and they were slightly damaged!! I know this is not entirely Bunches fault but a little disappointing nevertheless. I would recommend Bunches using a different carrier than Royal Mail!”

“I contacted Bunches to re arrange the delivery for 2 days earlier , allowing plenty of time for the day change ( I telephoned on the Monday) as the recipient was going to be away. The flowers were delivered after she had left late Thursday and they were NOT the pink peonies I selected and paid for. Extremely poor service .”

“Contacted yourselves yesterday babout the flowers I received and sent photos as to why I am not happy with them and now the flowers are starting to die in would now like to request a refund and the flowers sent back to you”
