“I have ordered before and been extremely happy! Though this time the arrangement was not as diverse and some of the flowers were very bedraggled on arrival and the flower food was missing! I will order again though. Btw I live in Canada and send the flowers to my Mum in England for special occasions and she’s let’s me know about the flowers.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was on schedule, but my Mum said the freesias were fully open on arrival and didn't last as long as other similar bouquets I've sent her.”

“I ordered 2 Mother's Day sets of flowers and cake - one paying extra for courier delivery and one by Royal Mail. All I can say is that it is well worth paying the extra. The flowers arrived in perfect condition and the cake was well-received. DO NOT use Royal Mail - if you do, you risk the flowers arriving half-dead! Most of the flowers were revived but not the treat intended.”

“I have used bunches many times over the last few years and have always been very happy with the flowers. Unfortunately this time I sent Mother's Day flowers and they didn't seem to be as good as in the past. My mum mixed them in with some other flowers so make them look nicer. But I was a little disappointed this time.”

“Flowers arrived one day later than expected and looked tired and weary. Although it was anticipated that there would be delays in the post because of Covid, no extra measures had been taken to keep the stems moist whilst in transit. Three out of the 20 stems were broken and some flower heads detached. Overall, not up to your usual standard but only just better than receiving no flowers at all. Not good really. I appreciate that it was a busy time of year for you but that is your business.”

“On this occasion my mum was not in to take delivery of the flowers and Royal Mail did not leave them on the doorstep. She booked a redelivery for the earliest possible time 3 days later by which time the flowers were not at their best! So, nice flowers but issue with delivery which needs to be sorted out between company and provider if people are to receive nice flowers! Missed Mother’s Day!”
