“Flowers were lovely. Delivery not so good. My mothers intercom was buzzed but nothing was said and my Mother thought they had the wrong flat. Flowers were left outside the building until her neighbour happened to notice them. Could have been taken by anyone. Pllease make sure delivery person tells the person there are flowers there and not just buzz and leave. Thanks.”

“It was a very nice bouquet however in transport some of the flowers had snapped. So didn't end up with quite so many flowers.”

“Unfortunately the bouquet had not arrived in good condition in Mother’s Day! The water from the bouquet had spilt and all the paperwork was wet. My mum has already raised this with the team and they had offered her some form of compensation. So overall still happy.”

“Normally excellent flowers unfortunately the flowers I sent to my mum for Mother’s Day had lots of broken stems hidden in the middle of the bouquet, so I wont be ordering again at busy periods”

“Not the best bunch, to be honest. Bunches are my usual ‘go to’ place for flowers but my Mother’s Day bunch didn’t look much like the photo. The roses were wilted and going brown. It arrived very lacklustre if I’m honest. The eucalyptus was lovely and I could smell this as soon as I entered the room. I’ve read allot about flowers being affected due to Brexit. Maybe this was the case. I will likely order again because of the many reviews about different retailers having poor quality flowers but I hope this improves.”

“Usually Bunches flowers are very good, this one was not so good. The roses were dying when it arrived and by the time the other flowers only partly came into bloom the roses and gypsophila had died. Disappointed with this bunch, but still not disappointed with the company. I would still use you again.”

“My Mothers day flowers, ordered a full two weeks before Mothers Day, did not arrive at my elderly Mothers until 7.45pm - no knock on the door and no card through the letter box, she would have known as she has a bonkers dog that barks if someone looks at her front door. She didn't find them until the next morning. The flowers were apparently lovely but clearly not the delivery service I was expecting.”

“The flowers were lovely, but I ordered a cake also, which did not arrive. I emailed blooms to let them know of this and said they would send a replacement one. This is a week later and it's still not arrived. Not impressed”

“Flowers arrived late afternoon, I saw photos from the recipient and they were in a bit of a drab state. Not as fresh and perky as on the website which was a shame. Personally I felt they were overpriced and underwhelming, especially considering the extra cost for a courier. But all the promised stems were there and they arrived on time so maybe I was expecting too much...”
