“Problem with delivery day. Waiting for response from you. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday for Mother’s Day, didn’t come until the Monday. I was upset by this.”

“I have to say after my mother in law recommended bunches I was very disappointed with the size of the bouquet of flowers sent for the cost. The flowers were nice and delivered on time. Unfortunately they looked like a bridesmaids posy”

“The flowers are not bad, although the bundle came with some flowers completely open and others completely closed, some flowers broken, so you don't fully enjoy the beauty of all the flowers. The small bottle of prosecco wasn't fixed, so it helped ruin some flowers ... well, it is essential that the flowers are better preserved, the method used is approximate and does not make a good impression! We need to improve ...”

“The flowers were a little disappointing when they arrived as they arrived whilst still in bud (so that the flowers last longer) but after just a few days all the flowers were in bloom and very pretty. Definitely lovely flowers but not sure if they were worth the price, however if you’re in a pickle and need to get flowers delivered this would be a fine option.”

“Have ordered from Bunches before but this year they were not up to their usual standard. Flowers were skimpy looking and were just like a bunch of carnations bought from a garage forecourt. No flower food with them. The cake that was with them was small but tasty.”

“I ordered from Bunches after a recommendation, but regrettably the flowers I ordered were not as fresh as I'd hoped. They arrived a day late & the Irises (I'd ordered the large freesia/Iris bouquet) were dry & limp & did not flower. A disappointing experience.”

“I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. The flowers were lovely but instead of the chocolate truffles I paid extra for because the tin said ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ they delivered her a small cake that said ‘Happy Birthday’! Luckily she saw the funny side but I was a bit disappointed.”
