“Nice flowers, but an amendment was made to the order without my knowledge. Slightly disappointed the flowers I specifically chose, with chocolates were sent with a packets of seeds instead. I wanted the Mother’s Day flowers alongside chocolates!”

“Ordering was very easy, with a great selection to choose from. The Flowers were lovely when they arrived, however it was a great disappointment to learn that they had not arrived on time for Mother's Day - 2 Days late with no contact from the supplier to inform me of this. I am so pleased I didn't call the Mother out for not thanking me or even telling me they had arrived !”

“I ordered two mothers day gifts. the bunch of flowers came late and got lost so they pretty much dead when they arrived. the plant I ordered however was really nice and came on time”

“The flowers were very nearly dead. I appreciate they are put to sleep for travel but it took some major effort to revive them. For the amount of money the bunch was decidedly small. The same bunch was about £5 in the local supermarket chain. I have used this website before and been very happy. But a little disappointed for this delivery.”

“Have used them for years and been happy but recently ordered Mother's Day flowers in plenty of time but they didn't arrive on Mothers day. They spent the weekend in a depot so were less fresh when they did arrive. No compensations or even posy points offered. Disappointed.”
