“I was a bit apprehensive about ordering flowers online, but the Bunches website was so easy to use, and contact details were very visible, that I took the plunge. The flowers were delivered mid-morning on the right day and were described as "beautiful" by the recipient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“A friend sent me tulips via Bunches. They arrived in a squashed "letter box" package. It was delivered by Royal Mail. The tulips were in an appalling state. I sent several photos to Bunches. After a few difficult exchanges of emails I got a message from Ellie the following day and I told her I was just about to put the tulips in the composter so at least the worms could enjoy them. Ellie arranged for me to get a new bouquet, not as letter box. These arrived the next day and were/still are lovely. I explained to Bunches that when they send flowers it's more than likely they are left laying in a over hot warehouse and then an over hot van. It's hardly a surprise if/when they reach the recipient in a sad state. My question is: What is Bunches doing differently to when I first began using them some 10 plus years ago. Thanks to Ellie I am content, this time, with the alternative bouquet. G.M.”
