“Very disappointed. The flowers were very beautiful so no complaints there but the service was a complete and utter disaster. It was for my daughter-in-laws 40th birthday and the flowers did not arrive until 8pm that evening even though I had paid the delivery charge twice as I had placed two separate orders to be delivered to the same address.”

“I’ve used bunches twice to deliver flowers and small gifts to a friend, she says the flowers are beautiful and the gift a lovely touch. The only fault she said the card that was sent with the flowers was easily missed as the first time she went looking for it as I rang to ask if she had received them obviously the second time she knew where to look. I’m guessing maybe the reason for this is that possibly the flowers could make the card wet and spoil it”

“Ordered for a family member. It was easy to do. I picked the arrival date and they were delivered on time. The family member said she thought the flowers weren’t going to be any good but once she followed the instructions she said they were lovely and seamed to come to life. They have also lasted a long time. So she was very pleased with them.”
