“Ordered pink roses and freesias for my friend to be delivered on Friday Rang her on the day and she said the flowers had arrived well packed and in oasis. They were put into water. I visited on the Tuesday after and was disappointed to see that most of the roses were soft and just hanging. The rest of the bouquet was okay. Bit disappointed”
