“Ordered a hamper ' The Box of Indulgence', as an anniversary gift for friends. The hamper itself was very good, quality products, well-packed and arrived on time. One slight problem was the gift card, which I'd requested. I'd inserted a 'character' between the names on the card, but on receipt, I noticed the 'character' had been deleted, so the names were joined together and made no sense. Wish I'd known this when ordering, I don't remember seeing it on the Order form. I was able to include a hand written note instead.”

“I needed a specific plant, a yellow rose in a bowl. I tried the usual online services but they did not have this item so I tried further afield. Bunches, you did really well both with the product and with the service. Delivered in less than 24 hours, rose plant was healthy and well wrapped. I recommend 100/00”

“The ad for discounted hampers really caught my imagination for a surprise weekend gift for my son and his lovely new wife. I did find the online ordering a bit "clunky" and nearly abandoned the mission, however, Bunches seemed to sort this out and prompted me to try, (successfully), again. Everything went smoothly after that and the gift was much appreciated. My son and daughter-in-law are very impressed with the company.”
