“Bunches have been my go to people for flowers, plants, little hampers for a long time. Especially good if you have someone poorly, also good as a thank you. They are packed to a high standard. If ever there is an occasional fault/damage, Bunches are very quick to remedy the situation.”

“I ordered Freesias and Roses but there were much fewer flowers in the bunch than in the photo. I had sent them to a colleague to give to someone on leaving, and she had to go out and buy some more flowers to bulk up the bouquet. Unfortunately she did not get a photo so I did not complain, but we were both very disappointed.”

“I was told that the flower selection I made was unavailable. An alternative was selected and agreed. This too was changed to another selection. What was delivered was the ORIGINAL selection. This became very stressful for me.”
