“Very impressed with keeping me informed and of the delivery. My daughter who received the flowers sent a photo showing them, as described, very fresh and in bud. She is delighted that they have opened beautifully. The white bird a lovely addition to keep.”

“I was quite disappointed in the quality of the flowers which I sent my mum who ie recovering from a serious illness - to pick her up and put a smile on her face. Some of the flowers were tired looking and frayed at the edges and one of the roses drooped on day 2 after arrival and we took it out of the bouquet. I don't think I'll be using Bunches.co.uk again as a result.”

“I was very disappointed that no mention of the delivery was left by Royal Mail as the recipient was out. I believe the flowers were fine two days later. Two stars only because of the delivery problem.”
