“Although I wanted my friend to have a bouquet of roses for her birthday, the bouquet I finally chose was the only one with roses that I could afford (I am a pensioner). But you despatched the bouquet to arrive on my friend's birthday. Thank you.”

“I believe that the flowers were lovely but was very disapointed that when I ordered them, your website site showed that delivery would be made on the 10th August. I waited all week for confirmation that the flowers had been delivered but not came, It appears that delivery was made on the 11th August and had been delivered at a neighbours. It si no use offering tracking if you cannot do so”

“Flowers were not delivered on the day expected. When they did arrive box was damaged and there was no water either. Flowers looked really bad when they arrived and 2-3 days later had not really opened up and some had started to wilt.”

“There is a good choice of flower arrangements at reasonable prices. The letterbox flowers are a very good idea if we don't know if the recipient will be home. I sent letterbox flowers to a friend, I was kept informed about the order and recieved notification when they arrived.”

“I wanted to notify you of a stark decline in your service quality. I recently had trouble entering my details, only for my support request to be rejected. Your system claimed I should not send any more emails, despite this being my first time ever asking for help.Because of this experience, I have turned to another company for these services.
