“I bought 2 bouquets both were delivered safely and within the given time frame. One was brilliant and has lasted well. Unfortunately the quality of the sunflowers in the second bouquet wasn't great and they looked rather sad from day one and had to be put in the compost bin by day 3 but the rest of the flowers are beautiful and still lovely 5 days on.”

“So very disappointed in the courier service the company uses. They dont allow to allocate a safe space until after they have tried to deliver and you arent in. I ordered flowers to mark the first anniversary of my mothers death. It was important they were not late so ordered for the day before (I did let them know it was imperative they were not late and would be happy for the day after). They tried to deliver the day after but my dad wasnt in. They didnt leave with a neighnbour and they didnt ring the doorbell (my dad could have spoken to them and told them where to leave them). When I brought this up with bunches I was simply advised 'that some postpeople dont like to ring a doorbell'. As a result they were late and werent delivered until after 8pm the next day. As a result I wont use the company again.”

“Not impressed the flowers are very small nothing like the picture, it was a good job I went for the Grande as the flowers would be a waste of time. My Wife got bought a £15 bunch from Tesco which were twice the size and better. Will not recommend as nothing like the advert”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website.
