“There were problems with my order, my fault.was told that the flowers could not be delivered as address was wrong. It should have been delivered on 1st April. Was told it was being returned to you, it just happened to be delivered on Saturday 4 th April. Royal Mail.”

“I really like being able to order the ‘Florist’s Choice’ bouquet (in a variety of sizes) and feel like I’m getting the best value possible for my money. The flowers were delivered on the right day too- which is massively important to me as they were for my mother, but sent to arrive on my late-father’s birthday. Mum loved them.”
