“Easy to place an order online, if any queries easy to communicate with customer service for advise etc. Delivered on date required via Royal Mail, handled with care. Boxed item well including inside for less damage in transit. Arrived in perfect condition “orchid plant”( ordered a few months in advance). Great service from start to finish , highly recommended Bunches , have been using them on and off for very special occasions.”

“Delivery was quick, timely and well packaged. The flowers were in great condition, just coming into bloom and a good number of stems. The actual display looks as good as the online photo. They are now a week on from delivery and still looking good. Very pleased with the order.”

“I have returned to Bunches after a break because of previous unsatisfactory delivery dates. However this problem now seems resolved, the flowers are delivered on correct date, which is important, and from photos I've received from delighted recipients the flowers look lovely and last for a good length of time.”

“Arrived precisely on the day I requested. It was a letterbox order so it took a couple of days for the flowers to fully open. They’re now fully open and they look absolutely gorgeous! So pleased with them. My sister (the recipient) is absolutely delighted. Very happy with this company - great service and good prices!”

“Post office had the flowers going to the wrong end of the country by mistake, it finally arrived 2 days late in a box that was in bits with everything falling out. However it was fun tracking the round about way it got to me and due to the way it was packed the flowers were in perfect condition and are beautiful, really happy thanks.”
