“I ordered the flowers at fairly short notice for delivery on a Monday, thinking they would probably avive a day late. But NO I needn't have worried, as usual Bunches delivered on time by Royal Mail. Well done both Bunches and Royal Mail.”

“The flowers were ordered as a birthday gift and whilst ordering went very easily and efficiently, actual delivery was more problematic. Royal Mail claimed they were unable to deliver as the recipient appeared to be out, which was totally untrue, and the flowers not only failed to arrive on the day requested but I was supposed to arrange redelivery. But Bunches were brilliant when I contacted them. They sorted redelivery but also said that if there was a further delivery failure, they would arrange a new delivery as they would be concerned as to the flowers’ freshness. Can’t fault their excellent customer service and would definitely use Bunches again and recommend to others.”

“Saw a photo of the flowers I had sent my friend. They looked lovely. They had arrived in buds but soon opened up. My friend loved them. They did arrive a day after I’d asked consequently why I only gave 4 stars.”
