“My rating of 4/5 is influenced largely by the delay in delivery, which is probably more to do with the Royal Mail than with Bunches, from whom I've had great service in the past. But, having ordered a bouquet for next-day delivery, I had a notification from Royal Mail saying that they'd been unable to deliver - at about 9pm, when the recipient was out celebrating her birthday - but would try again the next day. I received another notification around the same time saying they'd once again been unable to deliver. Fortunately, when they finally arrived two days late, they were still in good condition, and the birthday girl loved them!”
