“These flowers were for a dear friend and his wife. He is dying from cancer so we just wanted to let him know we were thinking and praying for him. He himself texted to say that they were lovely and had brought a smile to him.”

“I ordered the flowers to be delivered on a specific day, they arrived earlier than arranged day and left with a neighbour. The whole point of letterbox flowers is that they are put through the letterbox of the recipient.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery. We can see your flowers arrived on the date you requested, but we’re sorry they were left with a neighbour rather than being posted through your letterbox. If the postie can’t fit a parcel through the letterbox easily, they won’t force it, as this could damage the gift inside or the property. Instead of taking it away and trying again the next day, they left it safely with a neighbour so it could still reach you on time. We do apologise for any disappointment this may have caused.. “I hadn't used this company before, so I was delighted to hear that the beautiful flowers looked exactly as shown in the website images, arrived on time in excellent condition and have lasted more than a week!
