“Apparently the flowers are lovely. So thank you. I wonder if I could suggest that you let the sender know when the fkowers are safely delivered. You told me very kindly that they were out for delivery and then on their way but not that they had arrived. Consequently when I didn't hear for several days I became anxious and had to ask the recipient if they had arrived, which makes me look as though I am seeking thanks!! Hope you get my point.!! Excellent servce otherwise and I do like the ethics of your company. Best Wishes S.L”

“I have used Bunches for a number of years, to send flowers to family who do not live close by. The last set of flowers were sent to my Aunt for her birthday, and when I visited a week later, the flowers were still fresh - indeed, when they arrived, the rose buds were tight, and were just in full bloom. This meant that she was still enjoying them well beyond her birthday. Delivery is always on time, able to be tracked, and the quality has never been a doubt.”
