“Okay, here’s a stronger and more natural version: Delivery was on point and arrived as scheduled. The packaging was okay, but I’ve genuinely never had flowers delivered in such a tight box before. The flowers arrived withered, some were broken, and they looked nothing like the picture online. There were barely any flowers for £40 I expected something that actually felt worth the money. Supermarket flowers would have done it better. We were really dissatisfied and disappointed, especially as this was for Valentine’s Day. The cookie was good, though.”

“Lovely roses, thank you very much. Shame about the delivery though. The box left out in the pouring rain, even though we have an enclosed porch. Presenting a very soggy box rather dampened the occasion on Valentines day.”
